We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesIntense chemical smell. The whole building, room included, was very reminiscent of rehabilitation facilities I’ve worked in. Even though it’s an extended stay with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, they want you to BUY kitchen supplies like cookware, plates, and silverware. That is absurd. If you’re traveling and in an extended stay, that’s the whole point of an extended stay. It is meant to be like a furnished apartment that you rent. What is a traveler meant to do with purchased kitchenware? Also, despite their very clear and allegedly strict noise policy, many of the neighbors do not abide by the rules and the noise from the parking lot and adjacent highway make for some noisy nights.
Good location. Decent rates. Good parking. Clean (to a fault.) Adequate WiFi.

United StatesI didn't like that they didn't accommodate my request of being on the first floor, even after i showed them an email stating that they could accommodate me for that. I also didn't like that there were 3 of us (2 adults and 1 child), but they wouldn't give us a 3rd towle and wash cloth unless they charged us. There was no complimentary shampoo and conditioner. When we checked in, the keys didn't work so we had to go back down stairs and have them reprogram the keys. When we checked out no one would come to the front desk to take our keys, they told us to leave them at the window.
I liked that it had a kitchen in it.

The staff was friendly under the circumstances (no power when we arrived). Took a little while but they allowed us to manually check in. Rooms were nice & beds were good, pillows could be better. I would rate this @ ☆☆☆

United StatesBut I didn't like was I booked a room and I was oversold they sold out of rooms and asked me to leave because they sold my room out from underneath of me all because I didn't pay it the night before the manager the assistant a manager turned out to be rude unapologetic an arrogant no explanation of any kind no remorse for having to ask us to leave no anything it was great until then and then it went really bad because they told us to get out and give us 2 hours to get out and then they stared at us the whole time we're had an employee watching every move we made when we didn't break any of your rules we didn't cause a scene I may have communicated a little bit with them on the situation but it was obvious that they did not care at all about the overbooking and I understand it is because I did not pay the night before honestly I wouldn't rate anybody to come back because of the whole situation when being made to leave it's and like I said it was amazing at first until the room got sold out from underneath of us and then it seemed like all the staff with a good stuff I didn't even get an apology or anything and to be honest I think I should get my money back but when I spoke to the manager down there on it he basically laughed in my face fix that situation and I would consider coming back because I'm an over the road contractor and probably would have rented that room for another 6 months if not longer

Booking charged us for a room that we didn't even get. We got there and they could not give us a key, front desk was closed and the maintenance guy said he could give us a room but no key. Called booking.com she hung up on maintenance guy and left me on hold for over 25 minutes. Bokking.com and this hotel are a scam. We had to go to Hilton to get a room NOT through booking.com. Complete rip off!! I will be contacting BBB and whomever else I see fit.

United StatesCheck in ..... I book through Third party and it seems like when I do I there is a balance left over. If I pay the full balance that booking.com gives me and I go to check in . The desk tells me I need to pay more. Now I booked through this company. I locked I. The price. I paid the full balance I should not have to pay this extra $5 to $10. One time is okay. Buy 3 times is not okay. I worked for Choice and know how this works. And this seems like a system error and this needs to be looked into please. Only location this is happening on. This morning I find out there was a balance of $4.71 owed from my last week's reservations again. So if all my receipts show I paid the full balance. How can I charge just pop up. We do not pay some taxes on third parties and this is why I'm being charged like this. State or federal when booking through 3rd party is not to be charged on third party reservations. One of the 2. I can't remember This was implemented last year. If anything I should have a credit. ????????? Other than that issue I highly recommend this place. this place.
