Bathroom door knob came off in my hand. Hall window open all the time (heard noise from highway in my room). Someone did this so they could smoke in the building. The odor was constant. Bed mattress was poor quality.

Hotel room was dirty, bathroom drain was loose, bathroom shower was covered in build up, took 30 minutes just to get someone to counter for check in, Noone was around for check out, looked like car next to mine was vandalized, remote was missing back piece, no shower gels or soaps, had dirt on walls and ceiling, etc...

You dont get what your paying for. Its an extended stay but you still have to rent dishes/pans. The smokers and non smokers are next to each other and not everyone was smoking cigarettes. We had to put a towel across the bottom of door but it didn't help. The bed was comfortable, the internet was decent.

The hallway smelled like dog poop and I told them and they did nouthin about it the elevator smells like wet dog animals should not be allowed in hotels it brings down the value and makes the whole floor smell like dog just nasty

The elevator and the landings got dirty, they were cleaned at times but there were many people in and out of the facility.

I came on a Friday and it's was trash on the lobby it's has been cleaned the staff was there she was very polite. The next day was the same lobby had trashed everywhere it's wasn't until Monday when the lobby got cleaned the room was nice and cleaned just find hair all over the bedding it's was replaced and was good nice room good price just to show a cleaner environment

all you can smell is weed and the lady working the hotel is so high all the time she has no clue what’s going on. cops came through the parking lot harassing anyone standing outside after 6:00 pm.

Nobody at desk, was charged on credit card again after I paid Booking. Com for the room 2 days prior. Tried to straighten it out in the morning but there was no one who could come to desk before 10 am, and I had to leave before that. You need to refund that second payment. I'm going to try to have Wells Fargo cancel that second payment. Also room was dirty, bathroom mirrors filthy, old dried soap chunk in the bath tub, floors hadn't been cleaned, stuff under the beds.

Have a clean room for customers. The room was not clean. I recorded the room of how filthy and disgusting the room was. If you want proof you may contact me. I was not satisfied at all. I slept in 3rd world country which I paid less with cleaner room.

The room was filthy. The shower glass door was not clean. The room was not dust. The toilet was not clean. There was hair in the shower. The electric stove was not clean. The hall way smelled like drugs. I was not satisfied for the price I paid. The floors from the reception to the elevator to our room was disgusting. The reception was nice, that was all that was good.

Showers were cold. People partying in the parking lot. No pool or breakfast but we knew that upon check in. You can hear the person in every room around you talking.

the front desk lady was rude, upon check-in she could not find our reservation pin or confirmation yet i was charged the room stay. The property over booked and had no rooms available even tho i had a reservation, was told from other tenants living there that this hotel had a tendency of over booking rooms even if they don't have the rooms available. I asked to speak with the manager and the lady at the front desk told me "NO because she only worked Monday thru Friday til noon and this was on a Saturday. I WANT MY REFUND!

nothing upon trying to check-in the waiting area was a mess and the coffee machine area was all dirty, sugar wrappers & coffee all spilled on counter
