The cleanliness of the rooms. How difficult it was to check in after hours and how long it took, we were exhausted from our drive and the last thing you want to do is have to call multiple times to make sure someone is coming down to check you in as well as having to wait 20 or more minutes.

They never came to do a room service in the 4 nights we were there and if we needed fresh towels we had to take them down 4 flights to get them. Our first room had everything unmade, the beds the stove the air unit the , all were open and apart. The next room smelt of feet or used socks. That was the wrong room . Our room was across the hall.( OUR MISTAKE) That room wasn't closed or locked.

No breakfast was offered or available. Even though the website offered it.

I didn’t like that I was refused check in and still charged for the room.

I was refused check in because I arrived after the desk was closed. On their messages and at the property it says that you will still be checked in after hours but when I arrived I was informed I would in fact not be checked in and was already charged for the night anyway.

The door lock (bolt) did not work at all. The latch was hardly secured. There were people above us being extremely noisy (running back and forth, screaming/talking very loud, sounded like they were jumping across beds, etc.). Noses went on from at least midnight until 1:30am. I finally fell asleep at 2 am. I had a 4 year old with me as well that woke up. In the morning when trying to check out, nobody was available for another almost 2 hours. I called the 500# and left a message/compalint for a callback and have yet to receive it.

I was greatful to have a bed to sleep in for the night. Pricing was good considering State Wrestling was in the area.

After calling for someone to come to the desk to check in, I stood there for another 30 minutes before someone actually showed up. My towels weren’t clean, you could tell they either weren’t washed or just not washed well. There was brown splatter stained on the bathroom wall. It looked like someone drew ALL over the floor in the room with a pencil or something.

The front desk lady that worked overnight was very nice!

Booking.com confirmation # wasnt uploaded in there system even when i showed them my email receipt. Paid 10$ more than what was quoted. Took over 30 min to sign into got lucky they even had a room still available.

There wasn't anything to like at this hotel. I made my reservation online. The room I reserved had feces on the bathroom floor. Stains and what looked to be vomit on the sheets( the bed was made but I always look for bed bugs) and the unexplainable smells made me feel sick! Weed , cigarettes, rotting food/trash, body oders. Disgusting. Tried calling the front desk no answer as No one was ever at the front desk during business hours. Waited 15 minutes just for the desk clerk to basically call me a liar and be incredibly rude until she saw the photos I took with my phone. Then moved me to another room that wasn't much better. No fresh linens ever or any housekeeping for 9+ days. No water pressure in the shower. This extended stay hotel room didn't even have the basics. Dirty trashy stay. Would not recommend.

I stayed at other Woodspring Suites and they are all about the same. Room cleanliness is minimal. Most rooms rarely if ever get the non-carpeted floors cleaned. All you need to do is take toilet paper or a tissue, dampen it, and wipe the floor to see what I'm talking about. The rooms are not clean. This room had a very strong food smell in it. I realize the customer can cook in these rooms, but if the room has a strong odor, the property should do their best to eliminate the smell. I had the person on duty that evening come by to spray the room, but it didn't do away with the smell. I doubt I will stay at any other Woodspring Suites. The price for what you get is way too high, when you can get a similar room, cleaned every day for less, and with someone at the front desk most of the time. WoodSpring Suites are more for those between homes or apartments. If you stay weeks at a time, you get a rate that is more in line for the level of service.

The price of the laundry was pretty pricey. The washer was $2.75 and the dryer was $2.50. Also even though the staff does a good job stopping people from smoking pot in the hotel there was always a strong smell of pot in the stairwell.

The staff was really good with any issues I had and for the most part it was quite. I did have an noise issue with the person above me, but when I contacted the staff they took care of it quickly.
