Some of our linens were not clean. One of the blankets on the bed and a towel was not clean. staff provide new linens upon request.

That the full kitchen rooms didn’t offer any appliances. Nor did the room have an iron, you have to go to the front desk to request one but only was it available if others wasn’t using it.

Upon arrival after hours they have like a roll up style gate at the front desk so it would make someone feel unsafe in this location but I must say I was not worried about the location at all. There’s no breakfast and just a simple coffee machine if that’s what you want to call it. I booked through booking.com at one total price but was charged $28 more when I checked in. The morning manager did tell me she would look into and get it straight and refund me back the $28. Keep in mind that this facility is more of an extended stay hotel so it came with a full fridge and a two eye mini stove top. The bed sits on a kinda ok metal frame that makes some noise if you move around too much and the mattress is kinda thin. The walls are thin also. Our first night was great and I didn’t notice it till the second night. The couple next door was snoring so hard that I could hear it with the tv on. If you’re going for a night or two then yeah it will definitely work. The hotel also sits right behind the CVS so you might pass it by your first time. If you want to get something to eat there’s a few restaurants about a mile or so on Jefferson Road.

Amenities were not that good. No bag for dirty clothes, no coffee, nothing in the bathroom (hardly any towels, no tissues) no DO NOT DISTURB sign for the door. You can’t come up to the room because of the rule you need to have a card for the room. (My girlfriend who came late didn’t like this at all) Just little things nothing that I would say would keep me away.

Good location, central between Williamsburg and Hampton areas. The place is practically brand new so I have no complaints about the facility whatsoever. The staff I interacted with were pleasant. My room was spacious and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. Im a travel nurse so the laundry on the premises and kitchenette were great. Walmart is right around the corner. VA Beach is less than 45 minutes away. I could go on and on.

to start i was supposed to be charged for my 3 night stay but instead was charged double and then the manager told me that it would just fall off and i would get it back within 7 days but i pushed the issue and got my money back before i left because i knew if i didnt i wouldn’t have gotten it back, they basically let anyone just hangout around the hotel and let anyone inside. the bathroom in our room had dirty footprints in the tub when we first got inside and the room floors were filthy, the front desk closes at 9 and the staff barely know what they are doing. the hallways constantly smell of horrible food and the towels and bedsheets are so stained i was afraid to use them and they will charge you for anything and everything they can. its in a bad area and i barely slept the whole time i was there because it is not secure, especially when you have people propping the outside doors open with rocks so basically anyone can come in without a keycard

other than it being pet friendly, there’s nothing good to say about it

I booked with the property in December for a stay in April. My booking was confirmed with no trouble and no concerning emails. I went to the location around 7pm and check in time was at 3pm. I was supposed to pay at the property, no required deposit. When I got there, the staff couldn’t find my reservation any where. They called corporate, and then told me “the host” cancelled my reservation at 2:38pm that day. With no reason or a cancellation notification or email. I had to then, find a new hotel and pay double the amount I had reserved a room at their location for. They couldn’t accommodate me with finding a room because they say they were fully booked.

The queen size bed was very uncomfortable. I didn't get the good night's rest. I didn't like I had to turn in my towels to the front desk just to get new ones because it was not a cleaning day. That made it experience feel cheap. Like this is a cheap place to stay.

The room was clean. The staff were friendly. The area felt safe. This is a newer facility.

I think if people have little children they should be on the 1st floor because of the running back and forth you can here over top of you

The property is still so new. There is a slight fresh paint smell, but it was barely noticeable.

This is a very new property. The beds were super comfortable. Staff were very helpful as well. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.
