    Room was dirty. Hair on bed and bathroom was not cleaned. Took pictures.

    The last two weeks no hot water with no help by staff. They go in rooms when you are not there and snoop through your things and also flattened my tire on my bike and accused us of 🚬 in their rooms and they shortened our stay by three days

    The first two weeks were ok then it sucked no hot water for the whole week asked the staff but no one had any answers

    however answered the phone was very poor at giving directions. The front desk person spoke very softly. Hard to understand.

    Location was too difficult to find in the dark. Would never stay at that location again. The bed was more like a cot. The pillows were horrible and not enough of them.

    Construction in roads made it dirty and difficult to access. Nothing but bar soap in room. No breakfast. Front desk only manned after a phone call.

    The pullout bed was dirty and covered in dog hair. We asked them on two occasions if they would come clean it so we could use it. They never came. They only gave 2 bars of soap, one hand and one body, and they gave no shampoo and no conditioner. If you want more than two towels, you have to pay extra for them. They replace towels and clean every two weeks. The elevator and hallways were dirty. The paint on the room walls was chipping and the furnishings were sparse and plain. The kitchen area had nothing to use. Not even utinsels.And the neighbors we had were extremely loud. About half of the nights we were there we were awoken by someone being loud in the hallways.

    The bed was comfortable. And we loved the price. But keep in mind, you get what you pay for. We only were there for sleeping really, so it met our needs.

    Very uncomfortable bed, felt the springs when you layed down. Staff not conveniently located. No real amenities, shampoo, hair dryer, ice bucket. Hairballs on the floor.

    The road back to here was all tore up and the front desk was barely open. I got here at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and the the front desk was closed. Got up and went down to extend my stay at 10:00 a.m. and the desk was closed

    If I’d realized that they didn’t serve breakfast, I definitely would’ve looked elsewhere. I also with they’d provide shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer in each room in addition to the single bar of soap that I saw in mine. Also, the hallway carpets and walls were occasionally dirty.

    I went for it primarily because of the cost ($268). It was a heck of a lot cheaper than most of the other hotels in the area.

    I have never stayed in an extended stay that didn't provide cooking essentials. I get that there wasn't a dishwasher to sanitize the dishes. The room, however, was completely filthy. My socks were black just walking around on the floor. I had to ask for a mop and mopped it myself. I think whatever housekeeping had been done, it was only the bedding. Once cleaned, (by me) and after I purchased kitchen essentials, really wasn't that bad for the price. I had a death in the family and they absolutely refused to refund the days we didn't stay though.

    The room I originally reserved wasn't ready. We stayed in a room that wasn't what I reserved for over a week. The room wasn't cleaned the best. I got really sick after arriving. The bedding had stains. Once moved to reserved room, the cleanliness of the room wasn't the greatest. Housekeeping doesn't clean upstairs hallway/floor. To switch out linen's and get room serviced is an extra charge.

    I liked the location. I liked the gym facilities.

    The room wasn’t clean, the bathroom toliet had poo on the side of it, the floor was so dirty and whatever chemical was used to clean it, cause the dirt to stick to my shoes. The blinds were filthy, and A/C had food crumbs in the vent, the shower had someone’s toothbrush left behind. It’s clear the beds were made but nothing else was done. I know mistakes happen but this was so gross and so late a night, there was nothing that could be done to correct it on our first night. I was told by the night manager the GM would call me but they never did. I had to go and find them. There was no proactively only reactionary.

    The manager and night manager were very nice and humble people. They seem to be the only 2 people that cared if we enjoyed our stay or not. The manager, when told, began apologizing and took ownership for the poor quality of the room. The beds were maid

    Arrived at approximately my previosly arranged arrival time. The front desk was closed. I attempted to use the provided phone to call for assistance. I got no answer and could not leave a message. I tried to call several times. I ended up calling the 800 number for reservations and told the person answering what hotel I was at and that I could not raise anyone to check-in. I was ready to go so.ewhere else and just wanted to make sure I was not going to be charged for not checking in. The person I was talking to put me on hold and called the person on call and got them to come to the front desk. During the time we were waiting, another family showed up to check-in as well. It is beyond unacceptable that there is nobody at the front desk to check-in late afternoon arrivals and not have them be abke to raise someone to do the check-in. The time from arrival until we git to our room was about 1/2 hour, which was also unacceptable. We were spending the night prior to an early morning flight out of Indianapolis. The room was nice, but the check-in problem made what was an otherwise reasonable stay, a negative experience. This stay was a one and done. We don't want to stay where there is no front desk attendant from late afternoon to mid morning the next day. If you have a problem, like a room key/card not working in the off hours, you are just out of luck.

    Heat didn't work in our room. Thermostat was dead and the base heater would only blow out cold air. They don't provide even a sample size bottle of shampoo or conditioner. Only hotel I've ever stayed at that literally provides nothing. The interstate was so loud in our room it was like the walls were paper thin. It was loud all night. Slept horribly.

    The place smelled bad. I had to purchase candles to light in the room just to make it tolerable.

    The location was good. The staff was pleasant and helpful, when I spoke with him.

    The rooms were dirty. one of the rooms the toilet wasn’t even attached to the floor. It moved around when you sat on it. One of the tubs wouldn’t drain.

    floors were not clean, sheets didn’t feel as clean as we’d like. reception staff didn’t seem to understand much about their extra charges policies or the bill she asked me to sign off on. she seemed confused and then became rude. also lots of security on public doors which is a bit disconcerting.

    The bed slides so easily on the bed frame, like so easily! And the bed frame had not been cleaned in the corners of the frame. There is so much dust and hair that it's kinda gross.... There were also a lot of places where the paint was coming off, and where the wall by the bath tub needed repaired but instead it was just painted over. The mirror in the bathroom was rusted and looked like it had been burned in some spots? And lastly, all you served for "breakfast" was black coffee and Splenda.... no Cramer or real sugar?!?! Twas not a good hotel to stay at unfortunately.
