The road work was hard sometimes I had a hard time leaving. I could of use more pillows and towels.

Waited over an hour to check in because there was no workers on site. Dirty room. Phone in room didn’t work to reach front desk. Didn’t see a worker the entire weekend to help with my needs.

arrived there after 8pm, along with SEVERAL other families trying to check in, not ONE employee in sight after we called MULTIPLE TIMES like it says for after hours check-in for OVER AN HOUR.. After finally calling a local police station to report no one working at all, and the corporation number the "manager on duty" finally appears from smoking in the back with her pajamas on says "sorry its not my fault" and that their mobile phone system to connect to the front desk to allow them to notify if guests have arrived after hours was supposedly down. myself and SEVERAL others asked if she knew this was the case why wouldn't you check on the lobby/desk area periodically and what if guests that were already checked in needed something or worse an emergency? she then proceeded to get hateful. We all finally said just check us in please. she then checked our family and others in, after giving a family the same room as ours and mixed up the keys... and we had a family of four, as it was said on our reservation.... yet only 2 towels. and upon check out no one present again ... i never leave reviews ever I've never done one... but this was a joke... after driving hours from home with little kids......

When we first saw the room everything seemed fine, until you look a little closer. I noticed there was no shampoo or conditioner provided in the bathroom. I could also see hair left in the bathtub from the previous visitors. After cleaning the hair out of the bathtub myself I realized I wouldn't be able to take a bath anyways because there was no plug for the drain. I noticed the floor was dirty and under our bed, there was a large brown spot of what looked like maybe melted chocolate ice cream on the floor. The only other annoyance was that the lamp next to the bed with the USB port didn't work, so we weren't able to charge our phones or anything.

The location was nice because of how close it was to the festival we were attending. The price of staying one night was very affordable. The beds were comfortable, and overnight we didn't hear any loud noises that would disturb our sleep.

Couldn’t get checked in when I got there to check in the phones were down. Had to contact another location for them to get ahold of the desk. The room thermostat would adjust temps and it was hot as hell. I was told no when I asked for clean towels. I was told no when I asked for another pillow. There was hair on the towels that I did have. And there was hair on the sheets on the bed. There is so much more. It was loud as hell. The blinds were broken. The window wouldn’t lock. Hard wood floors? What? It smelled like ground beef tacos. I honestly wish I was kidding about any of this.

Literally nothing. There was nothing enjoyable. Nothing was satisfactory. It was dirty. It smelled. It was loud as hell.

The entire hotel smelled like dogs. The staff was unavailable. Unable to get an iron and ironing board. I had to buy one from walmart. There should be pet- friendly floors and floors for people who do not have pets.

Nothing with the hotel, mostly with other ppl staying there, not picking up after their dogs ( hotel provides poop bags and they weren't being used)or themselves ( throwing cigarette butts all over the ground. Leaving laundry in dryers for hours while others needed to use them also.

the bed was hard, tub still had a few small hairs in it but that can happen. hallways smelled like fish, middling, baseboards, elevators, carpet needs some serious detailing and remodeling. scratches on doors. seems almost as if many live there.

I had to switch rooms because of a insect problem so the next room was dirty I had to go buy some cleaning supplies to clean it something on the outside of toilet and I took the little white towel cleaned the floor it was black by the time I got done. The refrigerator didn’t work.

The dog poop everywhere at least at the WoodSprings in Cali they would fine people for not picking up after their pets. also EVERY TIME I went to change out my linen or towels they didn’t have any. which is pretty sad for a hotel because everywhere else has extra linens and towels.Also there were roaches in my room I had to lol at least 2-3 a day while we stayed there.

When I arrived to this location, I noted 4 police vehicles were lined up at the front entrance. The attendant informed me that the police officers were searching for certain individuals that had a last known where about at this location. The attendant notified me that this was her first week in her position. The Booking.com application didnt transfer the booking information to the hotel. When I entered the room, I noted that the room was very drafty. I could hear the wind whistling in the room. I noted that the sound was originating from the window. I had to deal with the wind whistling sound the entire nite. The bed/mattress was very hard. I noted a presence of a smoke odor when arriving to the floor that my room was located on. The hotel had multiple signs indicating that the fire alarm would alarm at any presence of smoke. When attempting to check out of the hotel, there was a sign at the main desk stating that no manager was on duty and that if an emergency did occur contact the number located on the sign. I did not get any sleep and the little sleep I did obtain was due to pure exhaustion.
