Very minor things, but the hot tub jets didn’t all work. The hot tub was nice and hot except our last night there the hot tub water was pretty cool. The supplied paper towels in our room were low quality.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had young children and they allowed a late checkout so that our children could nap. The location is very convenient and close to many good restaurants and a short walk from downtown. The pool was a nice size. Everything was very clean and the staff was amazing. The fitness center and game room were nice to have. Having a family, the full kitchen, washer and drier, two bedrooms and two bathrooms in our unit was perfect. We couldn’t find anything that compared to these rooms to accommodate a family stay.

I think the place should have free wifi. Now you have to buy it which is a bit of a downer.

We got ourselves a 2 room condo since there are 5 of us. It is spacious, comfortable and situated quite near to amneties. I like the fact that the sofa bed is a pull out bed instead of the normal sofa bed. That made it feel like a proper bed. The receptionists are very accomodating, helpful and cheerful! We really have no complaints.

There wasn't much of a game room just a ping pong table. Also the fireplace didn't work.

The value. The pool area was nice an had pool toys which my kids enjoyed. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. Loved the two bathrooms and the staff were friendly and smiling whenever we saw them.

Would have loved an option for room service on on site cafe although downtown was a short stroll. An option for a water bottle refill station would be a nice addition as you drink so much water in this climate

Fantastic stay! Front desk staff were the best especially Tita and Edwardo (sp?) very welcoming and accommodating, always smiling saying hello and goodbye asking about our day. Room was very clean and spacious. Movies and popcorn was a great touch for the evenings. Clientele around 50's and was pretty quiet and relaxing.

I wish they had an adult-only or adult-only time for the pool. The pool is pretty small and the times are limited so I get it and it fills up fast with families.

The location was perfect. Close to the downtown area. If it wasn't so bloody hot we could have walked! but it is an easy drive to everything. Great property and really great for the price! It was clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and courteous.

The size of the room was fantastic. We loved the retro design of the lobby, very open and airy. The pool was great too, and loved the convenience of the mini store downstairs. Our check in was so lovely, tia was very welcoming and offered us a margarita which was fabulous. I would recommend this place to anyone

The staff were friendly and helpful. The accommodations were exactly as described and just what we needed. Location is convenient to local attractions. And we had a great view of the San Jacinto mountains from our balcony.
