Maybe it was the day I was in, but people, what mainly sounded like younger women kept walking and running and being loud on the hallway for up to almost 2 am. A regular cable TV with no smart options.

Location is great, room looks and feels clean. Staff is attentive and responsive. Great attitude. Very spacious room, did not smell bad or funky.

Dissappointed at the lack of complimentary breakfast. Several IHG hotels I've stayed at in the past had amazing cinnamon rolls with their continental breakfast. I didn't want to pay $10 for a full service breakfast, I just wanted a quick bagel or pastry. The option for both would be appreciated. Parking could use some improvement! Lots of compact cars, but they need to ditch about half of those stupid tree planters and open the parking lot back up, particularly on the middle two rows.

The location was good. It was pretty quiet. The housekeeping did a good job, while an older property, it was clean and well kept. Front desk staff was friendly.

The indoor pool was heated, which is good in the winter, but not in August in Dallas Texas with 105 degrees outside. No one used the pool. We left a day early.

The hotel itself looks a little outdated in the halls and things, but it's nothing that really impacted my stay.

The staff was super friendly and the bed was comfy! Breakfast was included and it was delicious!

The beds were a little to firm. Short toilet in room. Heater smelled really bad when turned on. Bathroom mirror light acted weird when first turned on.

Had a great breakfast. It is a great location. There is a mini fridge in room. Free wifi. Great pricing. Very clean rooms. Friendly staff.

Well, a few things. The shower drains kind of slow. Also, for future bookings in groups, I would put the groups in adjoining rooms. We were surprised we were not In adjoining rooms since I booked 2 rooms. My only other issue is they booked a group of 8, 4 of them being small children, all the way in the back so far from the elevator it was a treck everytime. Families don't want to walk so far from the floor elevator to our rooms all the way down the hall and back around the corner. You should put your families closer to elevator access. When you have small kids to carry and lots of bags it's a lot to make it such distance. Pool could use a makeover.

the bar and bartender were great. Lovely patio. The pillows on the bed were nice.

Ice maker on the 1st floor hall needs to be cleaned out. Had a lot of trash in my cup when the ice melted.

I wish the breakfast would have been complimentary, but it was great other than that.

The breakfast was not complimentary. It was $16 for the buffet, so we did not eat at the hotel. The room was clean and a good size for three people. The beds were comfortable. We were able to walk to the Toyota Music Pavilion from the hotel, so that was very convenient. It was only about a 15-minute walk. The area was nice, and we felt safe walking back at midnight.
