The place was outdated and felt a little dirty because of its age. I'm sure it was clean but when the couches are faded and stained then it feels dirty. I also saw parts of paint peeling and wallpaper damaged.

The pool was nice but people did not follow the hours and we heard them from our room after 10pm.

I loved the birds, our view, and all of the cool activities offered. The pool and also the free parking. How accommodating the dishes, soap, sheets and towels, etc.

The decor is a bit dated and faded.

The location is perfect as you can walk into the town, the pools and hot tubs were really nice, and plenty of room and furniture for sitting around. The room was really big with plenty of space and a really well stocked kitchen - the balcony / patio area was a really nice bonus.

Housekeeping service hours are limited so you had to text/call every time you need your trashed picked up or need new towels.

2 different pool areas both with small pools with hot tubs. Large rooms with big balconies. Peakaboo views of the ocean. Free lei making class and a few other activities offered for a small fee. 30 minute walk to "town" for restaurants and shipping.

Failed to recognize time share sales point. We were at this location for 1 day and did not feel the timeshare sales would be of a benefit to us. We booked on line through booking.com and paid full price so the timeshare portion should have been avoidable. Ou mistake.

The first few days were delightful because it seemed not as full. By the end of the week, the pool was much busier and nosier. Maybe even a little precarious with unsupervised teens who looked to be "supervising" younger siblings. It made us uncomfortable to be the adults on site.

It was our first time at a Club Wyndam property. We really enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchen and laundry at our unit. Starting the day with hot breakfast on the lanai while enjoying the sights and sounds of the island was the perfect start to every day!

It was convenient location to Kailua and northern activities.

The staff was very responsive in providing clean towels. When asked for help with the grill, maintenance came immediately.

I didn't like that I could hear the footsteps of the people in the room above us and they were like stomping their feet maybe if we had a room booked upstairs then that would be ok and I would have some consideration for the people in the room downstairs from me and I wouldn't be stomping my feet or let my children run around late at night or early in the morning either. But I did talk to Guest Service and they did talk to the people upstairs and it was a little quieter after that.

I liked everything about this hotel, the staff, the location was great, the room was great the spa and gym facilities were closed at the moment due to COVID-19 but the pool areas were still opened that was great too!

I got a little annoyed at some loud guests, but it was mostly little kids, which are impossible to control, really!

The unit was great. Staff was very helpful and the facilities immaculate. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

The Jacuzzi was too hot

This was our second time staying here and we will definitely be back! The customer service is awesome they really make sure you have everything you need. Wanted to also say Joy is just the sweetest person ever!

Loved the location, unit amenities, and A/C. Kids and grandkids enjoyed the pool area. Resort staff were very accommodating and responded quickly to requests.
