Cleanliness: There was an unpleasant smell in our room. In response to our request to tidy up, the cleaning staff only poured some liquid on the carpet and changed the bedding, which unfortunately did not improve it much. Noise: It was generally what you would expect in the center of the French Quarter. However, we did have very noisy neighbors on the last night, which was unpleasant.

Staff: Dahlia, the concierge, was extremely helpful with booking tours, and Mr. Malcolm at the front desk was very accommodating in assisting us with late check-out arrangements. The hotel security was very polite and welcoming. Location: Close to everything and we felt safe in the area.

Very small Bathroom n the Shower over the Bath. No room to move or bend over without hitting your arms on the wall. No view, this was disappointing for an 11th floor room.

The room was a bit dark and the furniture quite old-fashioned. The window couldn't be opened. Our room was on the 19th floor and we had to use two elevators to get there, since the first elevator stops on the 18th floor. There's no restaurant, but we went out for breakfast and found some nice cafés nearby. It's quite noisy from the street, especially Fridays and Saturdays when there's partying all night long.

We liked that we could just exit the hotel and walk around in the French Quarter without having to drive anywhere first. The room was spacious and we had a fridge and a microwave. The bathroom was big and there was a bathtub. The shower head was a bit difficult to reach, though.

location was very good. We were able to walk to Bourbon St. and Canal Street for the Streetcar. The city itself is a maze of entertainment and people and we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Good hotel in the heart of New Orleans. Room was adequate. Location good. Bed comfy. The hotel has its own payable car park that is valet parking only. Swimming pool was good.

Tea and coffee facilities- these were rarely topped up so we had to keep going to the front desk as cleaner had forgot. Bathroom is a bit snug!

All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Stafford (doorman) was amazing throughout our stay. He went over and beyond and always had a smile. The hotel was always clean and welcoming. I liked that you had to use your room card to use the lift as this stopped just anyone being able to access the floors. The bedrooms were a good size and lots of storage.
