Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesFood truck was overpriced.
The property was amazing. The shared bathrooms were actually more like a luxury spa experience with "outdoor" showers and dyson hairdryers. The hottub was awesome, along with the adorable vintage drive-in experience.

United StatesWhere to start. The property is super clean, not one piece of trash on the floor. The bathroom was beyond clean for it being a camp ground. The rooms were super clean and beautiful. Overall 10/10

United StatesWe liked everything.
the bathhouses were really nice; it was not inconvenient to have to go to the bathhouse for the toilet or shower as I thought it might be. It was also nice that cars were parked away from the cabins--it made it quieter. The dark skies movie was very interesting.

United StatesThis place is really a campground as they also have tent campers and RV’s etc, was not expecting that for the rather high nightly weekend rate. Photos on Booking.com showed in room coffee maker and mugs available in our micro cabin. Upon check in were told no there isn’t in room coffee, only in lodge(lobby) for a few hours in the morning, which was about a 150 yard walk from our cabin. Pitbull dog keep outside at night about 10 yards from our cabin scared the you know what out of us when we would open our cabin door the dog would go crazy. We had a small dog with us and felt VERY unsafe with the pit bull dog always around.
The bathroom and shower facility was first rate, modern clean and well stocked, very nice experience in that bath facility. It was nice having some firewood provided and fire starting material available to build a fire at night to keep the pit bull which was on a 20 foot leash in nearby cabin away from us, kind of like the villagers keeping Frankenstein at bay with fire, but didn’t stop the barking. The pool was modern and inviting, a pleasant experience with towels provided. The drive in theater was kinda cool, but did not have enough cars available to sit in for all to enjoy, as it was first come first serve and you CANNOT pull your own car into the theater area. The common area fires in the “lodge” area were nice to sit by.

BelgiumEVERYTHING! The cabins are so cosy and clean, the common area is cosy if you wanna read by the fire or eat something from the foodtruck if you don’t feel like cooking yourself. We also loved the drive-in movie theatre with vintage cars!

United StatesI wish we could have stayed longer. I also wish we lived closer, we would visit every chance we could get.
This place was phenomenal. Super clean facilities, great staff, they go above and beyond to make sure everything meets your expectations. We stayed in one of the Airstreams. This room was so cool and the view from the outdoor chairs was breathtaking. The washroom was a surprise because you get to shower under the stars. They even have a drive in movie setup where you get to sit in old cars and watch a nightly movie like back in the day. I can't say enough good things about this place.

United StatesNothing. Maybe more cars at the drive-in so we weren't on the bleachers. Otherwise no complaints.
This was one of the coolest places we ever stayed! Words just can't accurately express how wonderful our stay really was. I wish we could've stayed longer. They pay attention to every detail and you can tell they put their heart and soul into this place. You will never find this level of care from a chain or other hotels. So far the best accommodations we've had in Utah yet.

United StatesNot an I didn’t like but it I’d prefer a shower that stays on fort 1 min. It’s very difficult to rinse hair while pulling on the cord. I also struggled to keep my fan on. It shut off multiple times during the night.

United StatesNothing.
Cabins and bathroom blocks were comfortable and clean. Loved the outdoor showers although they were a bit chilly at night and I didn’t sense the electric heaters were doing much. The night sky in Escalante is unbelievably clear and beautiful. Loved how you can buy a DIY dinner at the clubhouse to grill at your own cabin, s’mores included along with firewood. Pool and hot tub are wonderful although we spent most of our time during the day hiking. Outdoor fires are lit at the clubhouse every morning to keep you warm while sipping coffee and chatting with other guests. Some complimentary muffins or pastries might have been a nice touch in the mornings.

CanadaThis is not a criticism of the hotel. Make sure you read carefully what you have booked. We didn't realize there were no bathrooms in the cabin. My partner needs to go multiple times a night and we didn't get much sleep with all the walking back and forth. Also watch the food truck hours. It wasn't open for dinner when we were there.
Lovely concept and well executed. Wonderful place to relax after exploring slot canyons and being out in nature
