Beautiful house in great location The house was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We have already started talking about another trip with a longer stay. We enjoyed the patio in the morning while we drank our coffee. We played some of the board games available and watched movies..

TV service. VIZIO service lagged, repeated and sometimes shut off. Station content was not current. Netflix was fine but did shut down a couple of times.

Accommodations were great. King bed was wonderful and comfortable for sleeping. Kitchen appliances were modern. Comfortable living area. Location was great for walking to restaurants etc.

The tv was hard to get channels or programs. We ended up watching 1 channel, most of the time ( late night, when back at the unit)

Girls weekend, 4 of us traveled to meet up with a friend who lives in the area. The townhouse was well equipped if we wanted to cook in. Which we didn't, but we very well could have. Very comfortable, nicely decorated, very convenient to the area.

Not enough drawer space. Some of the dishes weren't fully cleaned.

Beautiful house. There's almost anything you'd need. Car ice scraper, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom essentials. Would definitely stay again!!!

Had issues with the tv not connecting to the internet but watched some movies instead. Not a big issue for me since we Don't really watch a lot of tv. But host may want to check it out.

Cozy comfy home away from home stay tucked away in the pine trees but still close to restaurants and the cutest Burley bear gift shop. We loved the decor in the condo, the fabulous location and the amenities. It’s so beautiful here! There’s a gate that takes you right onto the hiking trails. So we got to go for a walk in the forest each day. Just wow! We will be back for sure one day. Thank you to the kind and caring owners who checked on us throughout our stay. Exceptional!

We were excited to stay in your property. We were in town for an event at The Lion’s Den. We were able to walk there and back (a little less than a mile one way) which was very convenient! The place was clean and super comfortable. A full kitchen! We opened the house up and watched movies on a great couch. The property grounds was quiet and so relaxing. Great communication with Justin. We will for sure try to stay here again. Thank you “beary” much!

This property is humble, cozy, and inviting. It is not a 5 star resort. It is not a 5 star hotel. It is a beautiful well loved home, and from the moment we opened the door we instantly felt at home. My two young children slept soundly as if they were in their own beds. We loved all the thoughtful surprises we discovered. There were plenty of towels and blankets, a kitchen fully stocked with appliances and cooking gadgets which helped us to easily make wholesome meals. It was lovely to cozy up together on the couch (and we could all fit) or if we chose, we could enjoy the privacy of our own bedroom. We enjoyed the amenities around the property grounds as well. The pool was sparkling clean and a short walk from the condo. Quiet friendly neighbors all around. Also Justin was very kind and easy to communicate with! That was a huge relief. This was our first time staying in someone’s home, as we usually do hotels or resorts. It was also our first time in Pinetop AZ. The thoughtfulness of the host family was greatly appreciated. We had a wonderful peaceful time. I highly recommend this property to anyone who literally wants to experience “home away from home”.

Windows dirty, some of the lights do not work ie. Living room lamp and spot light. The only fan in the unit sounds like a broken garbage disposal when we tried to use it.

Housekeeping could be improved. Ice maker wasn’t working, sliding door and screen difficult to open, needs piling.

The home was very well equipped and the location was great. It was quiet and we had the pool to ourselves.

Beautiful at a great location; close to everything

It is a cozy, yet roomy 2 bedroom home with 4 beds. Heated pool and jacuzzi were just a few steps out the front door. Quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and the owner was pleasant to speak to and checked in on first day to make sure all was to our liking. I will most definitely stay there again!

I wish it was a bit cleaner. Nothing terrible but not hotel clean.

Great place with lots of amenities. The location was spot on for our friends weekend. I would stay here again! Wonderful host!
