The convenience store should close later. Also, the jacuzzi was under maintenance and we couldn't enjoy it. Also the parking was super expensive.

That the gondolas and rentals were near. Also starbucks saved our lives a couple times in the mornings. Fast and nice.

Shower pressure was too much, but it was adjustable. There is no mini mart or restaurant inside the hotel. There are only 2 elevators. You will have to walk a long way through the hallway if your condo is far away from the elevator.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of winterpark. Location was perfect. It's a bit old but everything was neat and clean. The condo was large and very comfortable. Had a small balcony with an amazing view of the village. Had all the amenities and kitchenet. Bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was also large and clean. Soundproofing was great!

Indoor parking is run by another company. Front desk won't set this up for you. App took 30 minutes to pay and when we went to garage door there were 2 cars in front who could not get in. Definitely not worth $21 a day for the problems. One elevator did not work the week we were there. Hot tub jets went out and the spa was not hot. Only one door to the slopes worked.

Location is excellent because it is right next to the gondola. Room and bathroom are good size.

A perfect location and hotel room in the perfect location. The resort had everything we needed for our stay. We when during an off-day Sunday-Monday most store was closed due to restock. But it was still an amazing stay. Most deginitely going back for a longer stay.

We couldn't figure out how turn heating down. Room was next to ski lockers facing slope, as result noise level in the mornings and late afternoons was really high, and we had no view and no day light to speak of. Strange parking system but manageable.

Slopeside units (ask for those and not Riverside) are as close as you can get to true ski in/out in Winterpark. Walk out, ski down 100 yards and you at the Gondola. Take the Corridor on the way back and it will get you to the door. Fair warning - to get to Corridor you have to take blue trails, and those are not easy, especially Mary Jane. Ski lockers, kitchen stuff, all good.

i have noticed in 2 BOOKING .com condos that there is no hand soap in the kitchen. i think there should be hand soap in the kitchen along with dish soap. i have to steal a bar of soap from the bathroom then the bathroom doesn’t have hand soap and gross… foil and Saran Wrap would be very nice in the kitchen also…doesn’t need to be a new box. but otherwise condos are clean and nicely stocked with bath towels. overall great places to stay.

The key cards for our door locks did not work well and we were without access to our room for 6 hours on two of the days we were at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge.

Parking garage access seems a little more complicated than is necessary. The rates are getting a little pricey but that seems to be the case everywhere this season. Hope they don’t keep going up!

Best location at Winter Park…could ski down to the gondola and ski in due to great conditions. Otherwise it would also be an easy walk.

The toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex were very thin so cheap. There was a blanket throw on the couch that was very dirty. The living room furniture was not warm and cozy. There was one uncomfortable rocking chair and a cold leather couch.

The room is very comfortable, the kitchen newly remodeled. I was surprised that they hadn’t included USB ports for phone charging. And, given the usually cool nature, no air-conditioning. AC would have been nice after a long day out of doors.

Excellent location at the foot of the mountain. We could watch the cyclists line up every morning to get their bikes for the downhill. Convenient restaurants and services all around. Really didn’t have to go anywhere!
