Don`t expect a nice view. This hotel is located in the middle of the city and you look out on parking lots.

A unique experience with a special decor. Great for business travelers or for a visit to the whole area. Good breakfast choice in a nice atmosphere. Nespresso Espresso Machine in the room.

Coffee could have been ordered via reception however it would have been good to have drinks making facilities in the room. Staff didn’t give a run down of facilities that the hotel had to offer - gym, breakfast arrangements, bar etc

Our room had a very loud heater/ air conditioning unit. It was so loud it woke me up every time went on. I meant to mention at the front desk while we were checking out but forgot. Room # was 403. Also there are no parking at hotel....

The room seem promising but the price didn’t seem like it was worth it. The room had noisy appliances all around. From the shower making dripping noises all day and night to the strange sounds the fridge makes and to the side/ bottoms rooms furniture movements, it doesn’t end. There was even people in the hallway talking loudly where I can hear them.

The room was very pleasant, clean, and has great aesthetics. It felt like a safe environment. The lobby has a nice vibe.

It smelt so clean and cozy . They had complementary champagne waiting for us in the bedroom to celebrate our one year anniversary!

Futile breakfast. Hard to access ramp for strollers. Shampoo and shower gel were empty. Sealed windows (like in 99% of American hotels).

The room was small, the hotel crammed as many rooms as possible into the available space. The room is also dark with a window that's not really letting much light in. It feels a bit claustrophobic. There is no breakfast option, but you can order coffee to be delivered to the room. Price high for what you get.

The room is clean and relatively modern, with the bathroom fine. The staff is friendly. Location is convenient.

I love dogs, but not when they are barking or whining right on our floor. Luckily, they were quiet through the night. It was just sad to hear them so upset when they were left alone in their rooms.

The breakfast options were pretty basic and the location was surrounding by construction areas

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The gym was well equipped and the lobby was clean and welcoming.

- Loudest AC ever, to the point where it is actually a nuisance (to watch TV, have a conversation, etc.) - L-shaped rooms have very little natural sunlight and lighting in the room wasn’t very good - Steps to enter the hotel; not ideal with large pieces of luggage - Round table in the room with very uncomfortable chairs; not very business friendly - Elevators are slow and one of them was out of service for several days which made it really painful

The only thing that I didn't like is that there were two chairs in my room that seemed out of place. It felt like they were supposed to be with a table that maybe had been removed. I wish the table was there.

The hotel is very clean and very stylish, I loved everything about it. The staff were all really nice and very helpful.

The coffee service to the room was an extra perk, as we needed to be up and out early for a family service.

room very Small & very dark .. Air/heat extremely loud .. Wouldn't adjust properly. Friend had giant pillar right beside/in middle of bedside - very odd ..if not careful - you would smack leg getting out of bed. only hooks on wall for clothing. other rooms probably had nice view ..my room was rooftop .. Friend viewed a wall.

Location was good. Staff pleasant. Remodeled rooms.
