Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaI would suggest adding more toilets and showers closer to the tents to enhance convenience for campers. Additionally, their plan to build a swimming pool is an exciting development that will undoubtedly be a great addition to the campsite, providing a refreshing way for guests to relax and enjoy their stay even more. With these improvements, the campsite will offer an even better experience for all visitors.
Ryan and Melani are great hosts. Breakfast is simple: just pancakes with syrup. You can't expect more from a campsite. I think Ryan takes great pride in his work. He is very passionate and has a simple character. Melani is incredibly warm and welcoming, always ensuring that guests feel at home. Their attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the campsite, from the well-maintained facilities to the thoughtful touches that make the stay enjoyable. Together, they create a friendly and inviting atmosphere that makes the experience truly memorable.

United StatesThe view was spectacular during the day and at night beneath the stars! We had Smores, met people from around the world, had great conversation and a little camp fire guitar session! It’s close to Coral Pink Sand Dunes State which is a must see & an hour from Zion which is amazing. We loved our tent which had a bed more comfortable than our two hotel stays! Thank you for fresh pancakes every morning and the warm welcomes every day!

United KingdomI personally would have liked a small leaflet left in the tent just outlining breakfast hours, the facilities etc as we kind of had to figure it out as we went along. Separate shower cubicles within a block would have sped up the process in the morning as everyone likes to get up early and shower to leave for the trailheads. Each shower room had two showers in but no curtain or door between them so only useful to share with partners or super close friends!
The location was incredible with beautiful scenery and lots to do. Zion national park was close by as well as some great local trails which the owners recommended us. The beds were super comfy and they were so lovely when we had a bit of a sat nav failure and arrived after midnight.... Pancakes in the morning were a great start to each day too!

United StatesNot necessarily a negative, but it is about an hour from Zion so plan accordingly. Trade-off is the night sky is amazing because there’s so little light pollution
Everything was great. Exactly what we were looking for, camping but with a certain level of comfort (a bed, AC because it’s HOT out there, and showers). The perfect combination of rustic and comfortable, plus Ryan and Melanie were both great, super friendly and helpful, and their dog Mesa is adorable. Definitely recommend this spot!

United StatesAs old folks, the short walk to the facilities at night was not fun, but not bad considering how nice the facilities are. There was plenty of hot water for showers and washing up.
Loved the location in Water Canyon, with the tent scattered here and there around the canyon. At night, it was especially beautiful with the tents glowing and the paths and trees lit up. They staff were welcoming and took care of everyone, including making coffee and pancakes every morning! The wagon ride was a hoot!!

MexicoNothing, bathroom light and jacuzzi were not working, however we got a discount because of that. This place is really nice.
It is in a great location if you enjoy the contact with the nature with some confort. You can see the starts clearly during the night, acompainned by a campfire. We had the opportunity to see a mountain lion like 30 foot far from us during our night of stay, that was amazing and scare for my wife 😀

NetherlandsAlthough the location is beautiful, you're still pretty close to the town, so you'll see houses and trailers etc from your tent.
Amazing experience altogether! Beautiful location, very friendly staff and lovely dog.Tents were very spacious with a big bed, a couch and a small table with 2 chairs. There's wifi and electricity (sockets). We were high up in the hills, number 18. We loved the privacy and the view, but it was pretty windy, which made the bbq a bit of a challenge. There's a communal kitchen with a big fridge, some cooking utensils and salt & pepper etc and plastic/paper cutlery. We loved the free pancakes and coffee in the morning. Definitely recommend this place!

United KingdomLoud music being played randomly around 10/10.30pm each evening for just 2/3 songs. This was over the camp speakers too so not another guest. Spoke to staff and they advised it's not normal and would sort it. Next evening there was no loud music.
Location was stunning Tents were amazing, double bed, couch, table and chairs, Aircon/heating. Bedding options too. Free towels for showers which were great. Fridge storage for any food or drink etc.

GermanyRoom/bed could have been a little bit more clean and a thicker blanket would have been nice (but AC heated the tent quite well)
The location is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. They gave us plenty of recommendations what to do in Zion Nationalpark and in the surrounding area. Best thing were the fresh pancakes, which we enjoyed eating in the morning sun! Plus the evening around the campfire!

United StatesIt was colder than we had expected. We did not check the weather prior to our night there so it was on us. The heater was on in our tent when we arrived but one heater was not enough. The host Ryan was great!

United KingdomWe do feel however a reception area and more information would be beneficial. We requested the wagon ride but didn’t get any info on the start time on the link and couldn’t find anyone to ask. Hence we missed the wagon when getting ready after our hike. An info booklet would be very helpful on arrival explaining Wi-Fi and rules etc…
we really enjoyed our stay! The site was very clean and picturesque. Showers and toilets were clean and the tents were spotless! We also thought the breakfast pancakes and coffee were a perfect start to the day and the guy cooking them and his dog were great.

GermanyFirst time trying glamping and it did not disappoint - a very spacious tent with a heater/AC unit, a coffee table with 2 chairs and a sofa(!!!). The location is amazing as well, with a number of hiking trails within a couple of minutes drive away from the campsite; a big grocery store is located in the town about 5 minutes drive from the camp. The toilets and the showers are of very good quality and well maintained, the showers have good pressure, towels are provided and extra are available, if required. The camp staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful with local points of interest and things to do. Breakfast offers coffee, tea, juice and pancakes with a variety of jams and honey, all of the above being “all you can eat”. Overall a great experience and hope to come back in the future.

The location and the quirkiness of the site is just brilliant. The tents itself are roomy and comfortable. The staff were great too. Check in was super easy. Ryan who had just started was on the breakfast shift and he was great. We had a great chat with him about all things life and our trip, and he gave us some great recommendations.
