How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It feel like it had recently been flipped. There were minor facelifts around the property, but several other things that seemed outdated or in need of work. The hotel seems to have recently shifted ownership from a local place to the Ramada name, so it seemed to be in transition. The parking isn’t great. Not all amenities are great. The home sign has a Ramada sign draped over one side, but not the other. We completely missed the hotel at first and had to turn around because of this.
The property is pet friendly with a fee. Reasonably good access to local stores and Zion.

Hotel just recently changed to Wyndham so there were still a few software problems with the new management software for the staff.
Very friendly staff and good breakfast.

The breakfast was pretty good but we had better at some other similar hotels.
We spent 2 nights here so we could spend a day hiking in Zion Park. We had to drive about 30minutes to the park but this hotel was half the price of an equivalent hotel closer to Zion.

The building is not in the best condition and could benefit from some basic maintenance.
Good value for compared to a lot the other options in the area. Very friendly, helpful staff.

It’s rather dated. Flimsy doors with big gaps around the door. It has that haunted look:-)
Easy roadside access for a quick overnight. Beds were clean. Fresh fruit and waffles at breakfast were a plus. Decent coffee for a motel breakfast. Staff is nice .

The buildings aren't in great shape; once you get past the exterior, it improves. It sounded like there was construction going on in the room adjacent to mine.
The staff were very friendly; it looked like the place had just been purchased by Ramada/Wyndham and they are were in the beginning stages of making some upgrades; there's an Indian restaurant right next door and a Mexican restaurant across the street; really good location for Zion NP visit

They should improve the cleaning and especially change the towels with new ones. The ones in use are very old and some of them had brown stains. Same for the shower curtain.

Excellent value for money. The place is a little tired and looks like they are undergoing renovations on the office area with potentially more to come throughout. Clean and tidy and spacious rooms. The Indian Restaurant is amazing.

Found a bedbug. There was only one and it was running toward my fiance. Looked over the room thoroughly afterwards and did not see any sign of others. Took it to the front desk as I checked out. She didnt seem surprised nor was there anything offered in terms of a refund or discount.

Super well-priced, simple room with fridge, close/easy access to Zion National Park. Decently clean (I stayed here before and it wasn't, but this time was 1000 times better).

The beds were squeaky. The room was next to the highway and got noisy at night.
Located 30 minutes from Zion. The price is cheaper than other motels nearby. The free breakfast is sufficient.

Set up is a little bit strange and doesn’t really look like a hotel as far as the rooms but doesn’t look like a motel either (outside entry) so a bit weird. Once we figured out where the entrances/exits were and how to get to the room, it was OK and we got used to it.
Nice place, slow but very nice staff, an cute town and close to Zion.
