Everything was ok. We have free cafe and tea. When my whife wet her shoes the hotel give them to dryer. I recommending this place!

The room smelled a bit musty. It rained the first night we were there and nothing was dry the rest of the weekend. The bathroom is so tiny that when you shower the whole place gets wet, so we used up all our towels just mopping up the floor. Thankfully they brought us new towels the next day.

Breakfast is amazing! Such a nice lobby, great place to hang out and relax, and a very substantial breakfast! The staff is SO lovely and friendly. The family room worked great for us, really enjoyed that there was a fridge and microwave. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The room exceeded our expectations, plenty of space, good water pressure in the shower, both fridge, oven and kettle in the room. The male receptionist greeted us in a friendly manner and was very kind to show us the room and even stayed for a little small talk. Would 100% reccomend!

The bedroom was a tiny bit sparse but it was comfortable and suited our needs.

We booked the hotel the day we arrived In Punta del Este and we came in late. The lady at the counter was lovely. It turned out that she was the owner and that the hotel has been in the family for 50 years. You could tell that there was a lot of care and thought put into the hotel, particularly in the lobby and indoor and outdoor breakfast areas. The breakfast was also delicious. We really appreciated the personal touch.

Room was dated and in need of a new mattress. Toilet was having some issues, needs some refurbishing.

Breakfast was great, and the staff was super nice and accommodating. Wifi worked well and hanging out on the porch and in the lobby was nice, nice atomosphere.

The rooms are a bit small, but who needs a big room when you have a lovely porch and the ocean close by?

All the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Check-in process was simple and fast. Everything was clean. We loved the breakfast on the front porch.

A bit noisy at times (doors from other rooms, elevator), the furniture in the rooms could use an update, extremely small shower (not a big person and still struggling).

Clean, lovely lounge/terrace area, great location (10 min from bus terminal, 10 min from any of the 2 main beaches, away from traffic and noise, but close to good restaurants and supermarket), very welcoming and helpful personnel, rich breakfast, beach umbrella and chairs available for free.

The location is perfect to explore Punta del Este and the staff goes above and beyond, making our stay great. The varanda at the entrance, where the delicious breakfast is served is super comfy

I wasn’t really sure what to expect as it was a last minute booking but it was such a lovely stay! We booked the larger room for our family of 5 and it was great - 2 bathrooms, and a lovely little patio just outside our room that felt very private! And SO CLEAN! The staff were all so helpful and friendly — ladies serving breakfast were lovely, as were the reception staff — gave us great restaurant recommendations and very helpful with requests. Breakfast was very good too! And the location excellent - 2 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, walking distance to downtown and the famous hand statue on the beach! Thank you for such a lovely stay!
