The absence of amenities like a kettle in the room which could have enhanced convenience for guests. Additionally, the internet connection was a bit slow which may impact particularly for those needing reliable online access during their stay. Addressing these aspects could further elevate the quality of the guest experience.

Centrally located, all major sights within walking distance. Comfortable beds, white fluffy towels in the bathroom, great selection of TV channels in all languages, good WiFi, friendly and accommodating staff, generous breakfast. Reasonably priced restaurants and cafes in the vicinity of the hotel. It is the place to stay for a tourist visit to Samarkand. Small but fine.

Staff were super-friendly and helpful - even making me a coffee when I needed to leave before breakfast started. Courtyard was lovely and location was good - 10 mins easy walk from the main sights.

Everything was fine. I wish the bed for single occupants are a little spacious.

A hospitable team! They are friendly and pleasant. They helped us with tips to travel around. Good Breakfast. Overall a very good experience. The hotel is also located in nice premises and it is a few mins walk to the market.

Hated the drab brown fitted carpet in the bedroom, smelled a little sweet/musty.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful. The garden is nice to sit in. Wi-Fi good. Breakfast good if a little full of sweets, but all Uzbek breakfasts are like that. Not very close to everything but Samarkand is quite big so unavoidable. Taxis incredibly cheap especially if you ask the staff to order one. Less than two dollars to the airport!

Walls between rooms are a bit thin, but this was not a big issue.

Very attentive and friendly staff who even prepared for us the melons we had bought in the street. Excellent breakfast, very good WLAN. The main sights are within walking distance. The hotel also has a nice terrace where we spent the late evenings. Definitely good value for money.

The location is great - about a 12 min comfortable walk from Registan Square. The room and the bathroom were immaculately maintained. Enjoyed the love and warmth with which they served a sumptuous breakfast. Mr Khabib at the reception speaks good English and he was helpful with suggesting ideas on what all to do around the place in a day.

The room had a weird smell but it was bearable. We were out all day so we didn’t mind. You just need to open the window to let the air change.

This hotel is overpriced in comparison to other hotels offering the same bed and breakfast type... for this price in Tashkent there were also pool hamam and sauna facilities. Its a nice place to stay but overpriced for what it is

Bed was broken and noisy and mattress sank in the middle Shower to bath was not set up properly set up since it was fixed and no bidet Security is a concern since the door did not have a latch inside

Overall the rooms are a bit run down, especially the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable and the room did not feel clean. Walls are thin you can hear conversation in the neighbouring room.

The staff were very attentive and helped us with our various requests eg. taxi. Breakfast was nice and the location is a short walk from Siyob Bazaar.

The bathroom was very tiny, and the shower wasn't working. Even if the staff repaired it, the water was still leaking. I reserved a shuttle from the aiport, no body came to pick me up. Misunderstanding, they don't speak english that much, communicating was very hard
