Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Arab EmiratesIt's a very old property with a gloomy feel, it will not take too long to feel that after check-in. Totally not worth the money you pay for it based on other options available in Tashkent at the same or even slightly higher price. The swimming pool was not functional and not open for use, after few hours of arrival the telephone in the room was not working throughout the stay, ordering room service was a mission, you had to go all the way down to the reception to order and they will send you to another place in the hotel to place the order but the food was good. After many complaints, it was never fixed. The internet in both our rooms could not connect when we reached our rooms and after several tries and efforts one of the staff finally was sent to connect using another neighboring room's connection but it had a limit to connect only 3 connections for 4 of us meaning only 3 of us could connect, I was unable to look after my work because could not connect my laptop and the internet connection for what we had, kept breaking down occasionally. The housekeeping staff would start making lots of noise from early morning on the floor corridor outside the room while doing their chores, having fun with their walky-talkies at full volume 😁. The staff was cooperative but could not do much to solve problems.
Besides the comfortable bed and air conditioning, nothing was good about this hotel keeping in mind what you pay for it. The hotel's international brand name and pictures are misleading.

OmanSwimming pool was allowed with swimming costume only, tourists have to go and buy it from any sports shop at Market & than allowed to use pool. Knackers shorts were not allowed. Not every tourist take swimming costume along with every travel. Internet WiFi signals were low.
