“Little quiet in Cua Lo, we manager to get a superior room with a beach and city view. The complex has very good working elevators. The reception area and entry are very clean. The rooms were cleaned daily. Everything provided to enjoy your stay. The room pictures displayed by the property are very accurate. Very easy walk to the beach and many local taxi's if you wanted to look further around. Lots of local restaurants in the tourist areas are set up for fresh seafood. If you want to get more traditional food and cheaper, get a taxi to the local area at the end of the tourist strip.
Breakfast was basic, with local beef noodles, nothing else to choose from. The breakfast was very taste.
Enjoyed our stay.”
“The whole area seemed deserted. The complex had working elevators. Rooms were of a good size.
Water pressure and the showers were ok.
The bed was very hard, and the TV didn't work.
We only stayed one night.
The staff were helpful.”
“The decor of this resort was phenomenal . The rooms were beautiful, Spacious and decorated exquisitely . We needed to organise a bus to get to Ninh Binh and the staff member Nguyen Phuong went out of her way organising everything for us and even turned up at where we had to meet the bus to ensure we got away alright. The Melia is very lucky to have her on staff.
Also the buffet breakfast was the best I have ever seen. So much choice of food and everything so beautifully presented.”
“Fabulous view from balcony of Ocean View room, large room with large bathroom having both bath and separate shower.
Beautiful, clean and large pool. Well kept with very comfortable loungers.
Smiling and friendly staff.”
“The hotel needs some improvements.
The girl from reception was so nice and helpful.I like to thanks her again for arranging everything, we needed.
The whole place around Cu Lo beach is under construction, totally abandoned now.”
“Room and bathroom, airy and large, with proper wardrobe. Semi functional fans. Electric socket near the bed, wardrobe to hang clothes and a fridge Record hard bed, but I like that. Near the beach. When the son was around, communication was ok. Interesting fishing boats and fishermen on the beach north of the hotel.People say Grab doesn't work to or from Cua Lo but it worked for me.”
