The only thing we felt was that the restaurant prices were excessive. We would also have welcomed a purely Vietnamese restaurant, serving local and national specialities, at reasonable prices. For example freshly caught local fish barbecued on the beach.

The villa was fabulous: private, quiet, beautifully equipped to the highest standard. All the staff were absolutely excellent, in every capacity. Our hostess, Tuyen, could not have been more delightful and helpful. When we had difficulty with the air con in the villa, it was sorted out effortlessly. We appreciated the manager's gesture of a bottle of wine. The breakfast buffet was absolutely excellent. All hotel facilities were superb.

Could have done slightly more veggie options but otherwise brilliant!

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Don’t hesitate just book it! We had an absolutely wonderful time at Banyan Tree Co Lang. It has been the best hotel we have ever stayed at and we have been very fortunate to stay in some beautiful 5 star hotels around the world. All of the staff were outstanding. I wanted to send my compliments on about three members of staff that really stood out to us. Mi - our villa host. Nothing was too much trouble - anything we needed, she ensured it was sorted. She remembered all of our reservations / activities when bumping into her at breakfast and checked whether we needed anything, this really added to the 5 star service and really made us feel special. Luu - who works at Thu Quan - he made us the best iced coconut coffee I’ve ever tried ( we drank a lot of coffee in Vietnam). He talked to us about coffee, Vietnam and how to re-create this coconut coffee at home. He was so friendly and we really enjoyed our time at this bar because of him. An - who from her name badge was a trainee at Saffron. She was brilliant. We ate there twice during our four night stay. We were lucky to get her both nights. She was friendly and professional - we ate there twice because of how brilliant the first experience was thanks to her. All staff members were brilliant and we are so grateful they made our stay so special. Our room was cleaned twice and they left treats at night! The staff who cleaned were lovely and respectful. We had such a wonderful stay and wish to return to this hotel and other banyan tree resorts in the future - but I’m not sure the others could beat the experience we have had here Thanks Banyan Tree Co Lang! We were excited about the yoga lessons provided for guests but found we missed the only one session during our stay.... Lunch was limited to one restaurant which served ok western food, although the room service menu was offered (and we found out on the last day that snacks were served at the bar). The location of the hotel was remote, such that once checked in, we felt confined within it which made it slightly stifling after having explored more widely in other locations.

The suite in this luxury hotel is lavishly furnished and beautifully fragranced. Our unit looked over a lagoon and provided a sense of complete privacy and tranquility. The buffet breakfast included was delicious, offering a comprehensive selection of both western and eastern dishes. There was great attention to details and our villa host - Mi, was most passionate about the ethos of the hotel. A surprise belated birthday cake - both in the form of edible cake and decorative tower made from cloth, awaited on return from our dinner on our last night. Thank you.

Luxury accommodation, in a beautiful environment, the grounds are maintained to the highest level. Our 3 bedroom sea view villa had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing break. Golf course is outstanding, excellent restaurants and staff are absolutely wonderful, they are all so very accommodating and keen to ensure you are having the best time. Our villa hosts Bich and Mi (when Bich was on leave) were excellent, every request we had was dealt with promptly and efficiently. We look forward to returning.

The restaurants aren't the best, the food whilst not the primary reason to visit a Banyan tree was quite disappointing, thankfully the beaches and the spa treatments make up for the bad dining experience.

Beautiful hotel, one of the most beautiful locations and settings, exceptional staff and one of the best beaches I've been to.

Skillfully designed resort with individual villas of different kind and size, close to the beach, several restaurant, Good for an active vacation with golf, tennis, gymnastics, spa and swimming. Free bikes to get to you villa or use the buggies that will drive you everywhere. Great design, and garden. Most importantly the super friendly staff will go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable and can relax.

The pool was not heated and it was quite windy so we didn’t make much use.

Stunning location, the hillside villas are a must! Saffron restaurant also excellent. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

A suggestion to have a ceiling fan inside the villa to avoid having to use the air conditioning - which at times was too cold. An insect screen to the openable windows would provide opportunity for fresh air at night without worrying about insects.

The well-being villa was exactly what we were after - the privacy, luxury, afternoon teas, pool and hot tub and the outdoor shower - it was a brilliant way to relax and refresh. The golf course, health spa and yoga hut were all used and the hosts allocated to our stay were brilliant in organising day trips to Hue and De Nang.

My only suggestion is a more diverse choice of menu for room service.

Where do I start? I think the best thing g Banyantree LangCo has is its staff. Wonderful people that are so kind and polite and really look after you. Wonderful setting, beautiful nature and well appointed Villas. Lots of different activities if golf is not your thing.

The location is far from any other restaurants/facilities so you are tied down to the resort for meals and activities unless you are planning to do day trips so just something to be aware of. We chose this resort knowing that this was the case and it made a wonderful relaxing end to our Vietnam holiday.

Wonderful warm staff, very relaxing location and the beach villas had everything you could need. Many little surprises sprinkled throughout the stay.

The entire complex provided a relaxing and private atmosphere. Staff were cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, with a wide range of choices. We enjoyed walking around the complex, especially the beach area.

Everything was perfect and it’s one of the best properties I have stayed in . Very friendly and helpful staff. A special mention about Ms Min, who took care of us all days of our stay. She was very sweet and guided us with what to do during our time there. Also it was my daughter’s birthday weekend so the hotel went out of their way to make it special for her. So thank you .

The hill villa didn’t have the privacy I expected. ( people can see you in your pool and balcony) The curtains need to be way more light proof, it woke me up every morning. Some villas need some maintaining.( curtains had holes in them) More vegan options would be great

Beautiful resort at quiet location. Nice Long Beach. The staff is adorable, kind and helpful. Hill villa and lagoon villas have both a great view.

Gorgeous location with the most relaxing of settings. We visited as the end destination for our three week honeymoon travelling around Vietnam and it didn’t disappoint. The most relaxing way to end our trip.
