It may look a bit outdated compared to the new flashy hotel in town but overall is absolutely correct.

The hotel has some charm and its position in a calm neighborhood close to the river makes it a perfect spot. The pool is very well kept and beautiful, moreover we had it totally for ourselves both days we spent here. The breakfast is correct and is taken in an adjacent space. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, giving some useful information, setting us up a rented scooter and suggesting seafood restaurants. We would definitely come back.

I travel a lot and have stayed at so many hotels. I almost never give a rating of 10, but this place was great and deserves the highest rating. It had everything. A beautiful view. Good shower. Blessed air conditioning. Beautiful balcony. Big TV. Highspeed internet. Even the little add-ons were great. Breakfast was decent. The pool was clean and refreshing. And they helped us organize a motorcycle rental and transport back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Sound proofing between rooms wasn't good on our first night, however the manager upgraded us to a suite for night 2, which was very quiet

the food selection was quite limited for the breakfast buffet, should add more local or traditional food to the menu. There were a few bugs on the pool lounge chair.

Everything was good. I appreciate the friendly staff and their assistance in setting up my wonderful dinner. The pool, next to the river, was well-maintained and clean, love the sunset view from there

The gym area was outdated and small. And the price they charge for doing the laundry is ridiculous.

We loved it here. It is set away from the main town which worked well for us. We walked in (a long walk) but there are bikes and during a day a shuttle service you can book. It was really peaceful and relaxing location and on an evening we got a taxi which was very low cost. It was quiet in the hotel so there were plenty of staff around and all very helpful.

Loud families unfortunately made the stay a bit unpleasant despite the sign of “no screaming” displayed in the pool area. Try to avoid weekends if you can.

Very nice position right on the river. Staff was very helpful and kind. Spacious and clean room.

Cleanliness: Found some ants and a dead lizard in the room and at the minibar area. There were a few stains on the blanket but we did not really mind to change. Facility: The wifi is a bit slow for me. Service: Called the reception to ask for a soda around 23h00+ and they said no room service or F&B outlet opened at that time. No way to access a soda neither. They could have placed a few sodas in the fridge instead of 2 water bottles only. That's a waste of electricity with almost-an-empty fridge anyway.

Nice river view and great a la carte menu (Vietnamese food) at the restaurant. Hot and strong shower, very convenient for a short business trip.

Breakfast was really good, don’t bother to book half board, the dinner menu is not to be recommended!! In hindsight we enjoyed the pool, the view and the hotel itself but would have rather booked a tour to the Mekong delta with an organization from HoChiMinh city, ad the floating markets can’t be reached from the hotel and the tour we were sold was expensive, shorter than promised, hidden costs here and there, an uncomfortable lunch, some stops not made etc… however the tour guide was quite engaged and tried to make up for it. Tour not recommended!

I booked 4 rooms and stayed 2 days and none of them arranged with riverside view or with balcony city view. Poor me, I will not recommend to my friend and i will never come back this hotel again. Hotel look old 😞 Ben Tre riverside hotel, i found better one name vietuc hotel same range better service and close to attractions at night such coffee, drink, market, restaurant but not at BenTre riverside hotel supper quite frozen. Average services offering and need to be maintained for swimming pool, kid play yard, lobby, relaxing, internet connection wifi all floor down.

Had chosen this hotel for swimming but unfortunately the pool had a separate kid section which was not clear from the pics. Anyways, overall the hotel is really good and the breakfast is definitely satisfactory.
