We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Absolutely exceeded our expectations! We loved everything there: comfortable rooms, meals, interior, the swimming pool etc. The staff attentiveness is beyond imagination, especially at reception! We stayed in numerous hotels over the world, but we have never experienced such a warm welcome. Thank you Pearl River hotel for making us feel trully at home.

United KingdomGreat location, close to Haiphong airport. I had a meeting which was only down the road from this hotel so was well located for my needs. The restaurant serves both local and international food which was good for my needs. The hotel also arranged for a car to pick us up from Hanoi airport and take me to the hotel which is approximately a 1.5 hours drive away.

United KingdomSo outdated. The fact that they say they’re a 5 star hotel is shocking! It was a 5 star hotel about 30 years ago. The room had a mouldy smell. The hairdryer was so outdated, I’ve never seen anything like it We’ve stayed in places that were almost half of the price of this one and they were way more modern and didn’t have such vile smell.
