This is a fairly new hotel accommodation and there is still some construction and renovation work still being done. I believe we stayed in one of the older rooms and therefore there is still works required to bring this up to standard. Our room was very dark. Dark walls, dark curtains, dark floors and dim lighting. Lighter colours would definitely brighten up and improve the decor in the future.

Great location and very handy to a lot of attractions and walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and street food vendors in the Old Quarter. We especially enjoyed the great service offered by the staff who gave us recommendations for places and food to eat. Brian even offered to take us to a couple of local favourites and placed our food order too. Language is often a barrier when ordering from local vendors, so this was very much appreciated and he went above and beyond our service expectations. Our room was located on the 6th floor and we did not experience any noise disturbances at night despite being in the midst of the hustle and bustle.

The location of the hotel is the best you can find in Hanoi. All the tourist spots are within walking distance. There are massage parlors, markets and bars nearby. The rooms are nice and modern. I would definitely recommend it.

New nice hotel in the heart of the the Old Quarter. Good vibe and live music at night. People at the hotel are helpfull, friendly and always smile!. Good breakfast, nice soundproof room, kingbed and great shower. Recommend for a relaxing stay.

The room was great. It was just slightly dusty but that wouldn't stop us from staying again.

We loved the centrality of the location. We could easily get to any of the sites, bars, restaurants and special locations very easily. We liked that it was small and boutique and not crowded.

It’s not a dislike but a suggestion, perhaps the breakfast could be slightly more varied.

It was very clean, the staff were all extremely friendly (especially Henry and Dinh Lee). We stayed one night when we arrived in Hanoi on the 1st May and then another night when we came back again on the 4th May. The second time we arrived, our room was upgraded free of charge which was a lovely surprise. Although there were some reviews about the noise outside of the hotel, my partner and I barely heard anything and slept very well. Living in a capital city ourselves, we weren’t expecting the noise at the hotel to be as quiet as it was.

I am not a light sleeper so I had no problems with some light noise late at night ( beer street around the corner). But if hou are, just take ear plugs. Is not that disturbing.

Location, location, location. Close to everything, if you like night life … beer street just around the corner. Night market- same. Everything very convenient located. Staff was great even before we arrived. Carefull to support with our questions/ offering suggestions.

-Minor issue with ants coming out of electrical outlet, but staff was very understanding and followed up with manager, even for a short few hours stay!

There was some construction going on next to the hotel. The staff was very apologetic and the work stopped around 4pm, so it wasn't a deal breaker for us.

The bed at this hotel was so comfortable. But other than that the staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a decent choice of food and it was located very close to everything in the city.
