It was a great hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be coming back.

- Delicious breakfasts. - The receptionist was very hospitable. - There were a lot of big mirror in the room. - The room was well air-conditioned and calm (I haven’t heard any neighbours, except 2 cases when they were passing by my door, discussing something and going to the elevator). - The bed had 4 pillows, which was nice as I like to be surrounded by them and hug them while sleeping. - The hotel had corkscrew at the reception when I needed it:)

Staffs are really helpful ,polite and very nice. Help us organise the whole trip to Ha Long Bay and to Hue in advance before we arrived the Hotel, save us a lot of trouble. Breakfast is delicious and many varieties. Hotel is clean and in good location Highly recommended and good value for money.

We stayed here multiple times through our trip and each time they were fantastic. There level of service and knowledge of the area is great. They're so friendly and the customer service and memory of each of there guests is impressive.

This was our central point of travel when we did the North of Vietnam and they were so accommodating and helpful with storing luggage in between travel days and communicating with us. They have a beautiful buffet breakfast and the location is right in the centre of Old Town with everything in walking distance. They could not do enough for you. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

Classy Holiday Hotel has the best breakfast in Vietnam! If you are not getting the breakfast, you are missing out. Rooms were quiet despite being a great location in the middle of the action.

The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. Always welcoming us with a smile. Good breakfast. Comfortable cozy room, we chose a room without a window but we were satisfied, not as damp as rooms without windows often are.

There was a blackout for 30 minutes at about 5 am on my first morning, I was told at the front that the electricity cut was due to the city of Hanoi, but my friend in a hotel of a different part of Hoan Kiem area didn't have this problem. And when the electricity is cut (including when we go out with the room card), the air conditional is cut (which is fine), but doesn't go back on when the electricity is switched back on so we need to switch it on ourselves, so if you're sleeping during a blackout you might wake up with the room super hot. At times early in the morning we can hear staff voices and dish noises. My room was number 305, farthest from the entrance and close to the kitchen below, and the room isn't soundproof at all. The fridge wasn't a fridge but more like a mini wine cellar (not very cold, like 14℃, and very small).

My bed was really big, the shower was well separated from the rest of the bathroom, the lighting and decoration in general was pretty for this price range. I didn't use the restaurant during my stay, but the last day I was going on a bus tour early in the morning, I asked if I could have just a coffee while I am waiting for the bus in the lobby, they packed me for free a whole breakfast including the coffee to bring with me into the bus. Since it was my last day, I checked out in the morning but left my luggage there to pick up in the evening. When I came back in the evening they let me use the shower of a room for free. The staff was extremely friendly and polite. They were willing to help at all time and always smiling. The hotel is slightly out of the busiest part of Hanoi's old city in Hoan Kiem, so it's pretty calm while well located. I had 2 points I disliked (see below), they asked for feedback so I told them, then they apologized and gave me a pretty good discount without me asking for it.

Nothing to complain really - Vietnamese 4* a bit different than European 4* hotel and as long as you know that everything is here perfect. :)

Very well located hotel - close to everything in and around old quarter, with nice restaurants around. Staff was great - they truly bring hospitality on another level, we even got goodbye gift 😍 they helped with everything we asked, we also booked Ha Long Bay day trip with hotel and it was great. Breakfast is good - variety to choose from, with 1 or 2 freshly squeezed juice, you can also order various eggs/pancakes/pho/noodles as hot dish. Great value for price, highly recommend!

The breakfast was simple but really lovely. They always had fresh fruit, bread and pastries. The location was great. We were within walking distance to all of the main sites. Despite being in a busier, central location, we had no issues with noise in the hotel.

Room looks a little old and dark, not extremely modern. Double bed was two single beds joined together, the blanket was also combined from two blankets.

The room had some mold around the shower and near the headboard area of the bed, I could hear someone sorting cutlery at 11pm at night very clearly from the room
