Nice property, close to the city centre, with good view on the mountains. The staff is very nice, the room is clean, the bed excellent and the food is tasty. Strongly recommended.

Exceptionally nice and clean room overlooking Dong Van. Within walking distance to the main square. Curtain Call at 10pm much appreciated. Dinner and breakfast were very good. Staff was very friendly and possessed very good English skills. Would always book here again if we got the chance.

The staff weren't quite as welcoming as all the other hotels we stayed at during our trip, which was a shame.

Big room with balcony and view. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom with separate show - a rarity in Vietnam. Breakfast included. Very convenient location.

The staff were not very friendly compared to other places. Had booked a quadruple room and had put 1 person by mistake instead of 2 They wanted to charge me extra for one more person. Eventually they sorted this out as the price for 1 or 2 was on the same booking.com. The first impression was not great.

It was perfect. The receptionist helped us everything you needed. She made our stay was perfect. The fried rice in the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this place.

A bit tricky to find the hotel as it is literally at the end of the road by the cliff side. Also be mindful of all the steps but that’s the trade off for such an amazing location. We don’t mind at all even we are being considered as seniors.

Great stay! We were upgraded to a cliffside room and this was superb. We had just spend a day in the soaking rain on a motorbike, so were extremely happy with the heating in the room to recover. Comfortable bed, great staff and the BEST fresh vegetable spring rolls. Recommend!

Spacious room with heating for the cold days on the Ha Giang loop. Dinner was delicious as well. So close to Dong Van Viewpoint (French Fort) and the market.

Great. Kinda pricey for what else is on offer though. We had a great time and didn't mind paying the price - but we did also stay in nice accommodation throughout our Ha Giang loop 4 day experience and this was by far the most expensive and probably the most meh. No other issues though - super cute cat that I loved playing with at breakie and the staff were really nice :)

Bathroom needs an Update.

Good Heater in the room. Staff is friendliy. Food for dinner is good, and breakfast even better. Sufficient hot water in the shower for 2 people.

After few days in the Loop and struggling to find a hotel clean enough to not to have to tip-toe around the room was fantastic. It has european style cleaning standard, hot water for a proper shower, super comfy and the bungalows have incredible view… is a hidden gem if you want to treat yourself to a nice place while doing the ha giang loop. Breakfast was good. Asian style. The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly.

The description on Booking.com "bathroom with a bath and a shower" is not accurate. There is no bath in the bathroom. The noise insulation between bungalows is minimal, and the hot water is limited, as it mostly is in this country.

Superb staff, with food being top class for a hotel. Nice views, and comfortable bungalows with beds and balcony to enjoy the view
