Eco Palms House wasn't just a stay, it was an experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff's friendliness blew us away. They were incredibly helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious. Fresh smoothies, cocktails, fruit,… Speaking of relaxation, the pool was the perfect place to unwind after a day of hiking. It was clean, refreshing, and the perfect size to take in the breathtaking views. And those views! Wow! Eco Palms House boasts some of the most stunning scenery we've ever witnessed. Lush rice paddies stretched out before us, and the surrounding mountains were simply majestic. We spent hours just soaking it all in, feeling completely at peace. Overall, Eco Palms House exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and be surrounded by beauty, this is your haven!

This has to be the most beautiful hotel in Sapa. The panoramic view of the hills and rice terraces is stunning. The staff are very well trained and go all out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Their customer service is par excellence. The hotel is very clean and very well maintained. The outdoor landscape is very beautifully planned and feels like a tropical paradise. The food is very good and service is excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa.

the views are spectacular, away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa town. the grounds are stunning, peaceful, well maintained, the accommodation was well-spaced out. breakfast was excellent and you are encouraged to eat as much as you can! the evening meals are also great, we ate there both nights the restaurant area and reception are relaxing and extremely well appointed Nam was an excellent host, along with all the other staff who couldn’t do enough for us! highly recommend this place, wish we’d stayed longer

Just breakfast I believe could be improved offering different selections of juices ( most of the Vietnamese places we stayed, we have been offered freshly made ones with great variety too, here was not the case) and the selection of breakfast food too, cause if you stay more than two days can be boring.

The property is a gem, beautiful views, great decor and clean environment and excellent customer care.

The water in the pool was not very warm.

Very friendly staff, availability in any moment of our stay. The rooms are clean, the restaurant offers a great variety of options for breakfast and dinner with fresh ingredients. The view from the garden over the rise fields is incredible. We had the possibility to do early check-in without any additional fee. Highly recommend!

Every single aspect of my stay at Eco Palms House Sapa was excellent and it exceeded my expectations in every way. To start, the location of the retreat is directly on top of the terraced rice fields, and the views are magnificent - the retreat is some 15 min away from the town by car, but the staff can secure a private taxi anytime. The bungalow itself is very cozy and nice, with a breathtaking view. The staff are beyond kind and helpful, always smiling. The food is excellent (I'm now addicted to their cinnamon tea). I would definitely recommend an extended stay there for anyone who wishes to have a magical stay in SaPa

IF you have bad knees, the steps are difficult, but doable. The bamboo floors are nice but are a problem if you have any balance problems. If it was mosquito season, it might be a little uncomfortable. Mosquito net over the bed but the rest of the bungalow is vulnerable because of big gaps in the doors. We didn’t have a mosquito problem when we were there.

The staff is Wonderful, the grounds and location and view are great! Cozy lobby/dining room!

We specifically chose to stay outside of downtown Sapa. If you want to be surrounded by restaurants and night life rather than enjoy the beauty of the area, this may not be the place for you. (taxi service is easily accessible and inexpensive)

Eco Palms House - Sapa Retreat was a wonderful accommodation. We stayed in a superior chalet that was clean, charming and had a fabulous view of the rice paddies and mountains. The pool was an added bonus. Wang and Linh were always smiling and were very helpful and eager to make our stay the best that it could be. Breakfast was great and we very happily ate dinner at the restaurant each night as the food was very good and the ambience lovely. If you want to be surrounded by beauty and be treated very well by staff, this is the place for you.

Amazing location. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, they helped arrange a trek, taxi rides and were always on hand to answer any queries. We didn't want to leave. Our best stay so far in Vietnam. Would highly recommend, especially for couples as the views are amazing and it is a very romantic setting. Food and drinks were also superb.

Our stay was in December and it can get quite cold in the common areas during winter time so be sure to pack some warm clothes. We didn't find this to be a problem at all though.

The Staff at Eco Palms was super friendly, welcoming and helpful during our stay! We had a great time and enjoyed the hike that we also booked through the staff. The breakfast and general food at the hotel is also really good!

Stayed at Eco Palms House for 3 days and I can definitely say that it was the best part of the entire trip to Vietnam. View from our bungalow was spectacular, the decoration of the territory is super nice! Every single corner was beautifully and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was amazing, staff is very nice and helpful. Everything was so good that we are planning to visit Vietnam once again just to stay here longer.

The staff was super welcoming and helpful. They organized a great trekking tour with a local guide for us. The bungalow had a perfect view on the rice fields.
