We stayed at the Emerald Boutique for 2 nights as part of a vacation in Vietnam. We have to say it is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. All staff, without exception were amazing and so polite and helpful. The roads outside of the hotel are pretty manic, and its an adventure trying to cross them, especially when you are not used to it, so we enlisted the help of the doorman who was only too pleased to help us. The rooms in the hotel are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We dined in the restaurant and it was superb.

First of all, the room and all of the services are absolutely top level. The location is fantastic, walking distance from the hotel to night market during weekend. Don't like to walk? Sure, grab a car and it'll be there in mins because this hotel is in the center area while still very quiet at night. All the staff is very super nice! We have a friend got sick during our stay, but we have already checked out. No problem, they let us use one of the empty room until we are ready to leave. Just to remind those who wish to book this hotel, I think the extra service other than taking a shower on the checked out date is not guaranteed because this hotel might be fully booked, but you bet you'll get the best service they could provide!

This is a very elegant hotel. The staff is polite and friendly almost to the point of being obsequious. Everything is done in a polished manner from checkin to food service. The room was spotless but smaller than we had expected. However it was laid out so perfectly and furnished so beautifully that the size was not an inconvenience. Both the room and the bathroom were well lit and the A/C worked well. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate.

Best hotel with best service. Every Staff was too co-operative and helpful. They help for early check In and also helped whatever wanted. Rooms & Reception staff was very good. Location was also good. We were all very satisfied staying at this hotel.

The staff was so lovely and accommodating, checking in very late at night but that made no difference to them and were amazing in giving us all the details and showing us to the room. We asked them for information on our trip on what to do next and they introduced us to a lovely cruise ship that was reasonably priced for what it offered. However, the trip was the day after so they said we are welcome to stay in the hotel an extra night. The same price but an upgrade for the room. I cannot stress enough how amazing all the staff is, they will help you with anything you need.

Stayed here for 3 nights and is ideally situated to navigate your way around the city. Close to everything and easily walk-able to most of the best spots to see. Hotel is very nice, we had a balcony which I would recommend if you can get one. Breakfast was good, we preferred a local coffee place up the road on the corner and a Banh Mi with this was great. Hotel is clean, good facilities and staff we also very polite and courteous. Nice hotel and I recommend it highly.

Everything about Emerald Boutique was first class. The service was perfect and the rooms quite luxurious. We had a few ideas on what to do, and they were then able to provide suggestions, booking our food tour, Ninh Binh day trip and a wonderful 3 day cruise in Ha Long Bay. This took so much of the worry and fuss away - really was brilliant. All the staff were delightful, always with a smile. There may have been hotels slightly cheaper and more central - but Emerald Boutique really was in an excellent location and terrific value for money. Hope we get to come back!

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff was attentive to our every needs. They helps us navigate the city, and took care of any bookings we would need from the moment we checked in. They made our stay that much more enjoyable. This hotel is quite beautiful. Rooms are on the small side but very clean and well appointed. I would definitely go back on my next trip to Hanoi.

Lovely hotel in perfect location, close to everything, in a quiet neighborhood. It had the feel of a small, personal hotel where everyone remembers your name but professionally run. The staff here were extremely friendly and helpful, they helped me transfer money to a tour company. Everything was perfect and I recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel located in an incredible location in the city. Walking distance to everything you could want to do in Hanoi: shops, food, nightlife, spa, and more. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, we felt right at home here. The front desk was helpful in any help we needed, including getting local currency and finding good places to eat. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Our favorite breakfast ever! It was so awesome to get fueled up for the day and then be able to sample street foods and small bites throughout the day. Rooms are nicely sized and clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice bathrooms.

Of all the hotels we have stayed, Emerald was superb. Firstly, what stands out above all else is the welcoming, caring staff that really tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The room we had was tastefully decorated & clean. The bed was very comfy. The ensuite also clean & well provided for. We enjoyed all the meals & the buffet breakfast had a huge selection of food. We are very happy to have chosen Emerald and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to stopover in Hanoi.

Great location, lovely clean rooms, great water pressure, nice variety of fresh food for breakfast. But the best thing is the wonderful and attentive staff. They are available to answer any question, knowledgeable, will walk you over if you're looking for a nearby location. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel for three days at March 2024. Brilliant location for walking around the city and easy access to bars, restaurants, shops. Great breakfast and lots of choice on offer. Staff are amazing and super friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of helpful and useful hints and tips for the local area and our trip to Ha long bay. If you’re thinking about staying here I would have no hesitation about recommending this hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant is also great. The room is beautifully designed with new furniture. The location is also good, located in the center of Hanoi city, easy to move to explore the city. I spent 2 nights here with friends and will definitely comeback!
