Everything was perfect except when we opened the door to the balcony some insects got inside. The cruise does provide insects spray if you need and given this is a tropical country it's unavoidable. Just a friendly reminder!

Everything was wonderful. If there's 1 thing that could use a little improvement was more entertainment after dinner. On the other hand if you just need quiet relaxing time and unplugging from the outside world, this experience would be perfect!

Definitely the highlight of our Vietnam trip. Jennie from operation was a sweetheart, always replied within minutes and took care of all of our requests. Dave - our tour guide was professional and helpful. Our room was beautiful and clean and the food was amazing with lots of options. I can't recommend enough!!!!

Not an issue of the cruise , but we were a little disappointed by the presence of garbage in the waters.

Overall an excellent cruise. Standouts were the bay itself of course, but also the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and the cruise manager. Also the seafood was mouth watering!

The cost of drinks was ridiculous and the cleaning of the rooms not very thorough. Our bathroom was quite mouldy (in the shower) and there was toothpaste on the blinds

Beautiful scenery, not as many other ships as some other areas. Ship is well presented and tidy with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are comfy and love the private balcony

The cruise was absolutely amazing! I was speechless to see Halong bay for the first time, what a spectacular place. The view from our balcony was fire. The vibes on board were so chill and the staff were all super cool and friendly. Food was excellent and we had the best sleep in a while. Nothing beats waking up to the view of the bay though. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely recommend!

There's nothing much to do at night after dinner except for squid fishing but we do appreciate them leaving sets of chess in the 2nd deck lounge for us to entertain ourselves. Very nice touch!

We had the wonderful time onboard Le Theatre cruise. The staff did their best to take care of us and shared their best knowledge of the area. We were served a seafood set menu for dinner and the food just kept coming. Despite everything being super yummy we couldn't finish our dinner. But if you can, you can ask for more which was very generous imo. Our room was beautiful and clean and we had hot running water with good pressure. The pillow was a bit hard imo but it was ok for my gf. Overall we had a good rest and really enjoyed our time!

Our bedroom was a little tired looking and needed repainting. However it was comfortable.

There are so many cruises to choose between and we chose Le Theatre off a recommendation. It’s spacious in the communal areas and on the top deck. And the food was delicious and in big portions.

Shout out to Dave our tour guide and Lilian our server for their professionalism and commitment to excellence. The whole team tried their very best to take care of us and we could see that everyone onboard was very happy too. We couldn't get enough of the signature Vietnamese hospitality and their amazing cuisine. The boat itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

What an amazing experience!!!! Probably the best time we had during our 10 days Vietnam trip. Everything from the logistic, the service, the food were excellent and we couldn't have asked for better. It was a bit pricey comparing to our budget but definitely worth every penny!

Nothing to do with the cruise company but unfortunately there is so much pollution, it is just a shame and those big boats are part of the problem. The excursion in the morning at 6am is a waste of time so suggest you sleep and give it a miss. The food is also pretty average but I suspect all the boats are doing buffet

The arrival was a bit chaotic. All the ships follow the same route basically as set by the government so it gets quite crowded. The second day on the 2 night trip is quieter as you go on a daytrip on a smaller boat.

The scenery. The attention from the staff before boarding (Jennie) and on board (Peter, Leo and William). Even the basic cabin is very comfortable. The second day excursion was very enjoyable (only available for 2 night stays which I highly recomend).

Le Theatre Cruise was definitely the highlight of our Vietnam trip! The team went over and beyond to make our honeymoon extra special. From a gift in our room to a private dining experience on the front deck. Our room was spectacular with panoramic views.
