The staff are exceptionally friendly. A warm welcome to greet you with some refreshing complimentary tea after a long journey. Rooms are spotless and well maintained with good water pressure and very comfortable bed. Hotel is centrally located and secure.

The lighting could have been better.

The location was great, very walkable. We loved the breakfast and wished we had stayed longer for happy hour or use of the spa. The staff was exceptional and helped us with our luggage and to get a ride to the airport in their private car which was so comfortable. The room was nice, a bit small but it worked and was comfortable.

We could hear to sounds from the street and woke each morning at 7:30am to an outside broadcast speaker announcement. It didn’t interfere with our rest as we are early risers.

Welcoming staff. Beautiful entrance. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We were upgraded to a suite with a city view, which was appreciated. Nice little pool on the 10th floor and a reasonable gym. The breakfast restaurant is lovely with many tasty food choices. Loved the cappuccino!

Small pool was unheated so unusable when we were there - bit of a bummer for the kids.

The pool was rather smaller but still lovely to dip and cool off, no Sun loungers.

The location and the staff were fantastic. They do ask you to google review the restaurant etc often as they get paid extra if you do and their manager sees it but that means your not doing tips all the time. I could not fault their care and customer service. I would recommend booking trips through them as everything was so easy before we got there. Food in the hotel was fantastic.

We had travelled Vietnam for a few weeks and never came across VAT and Service charges-both were charged at the hotel. We were surprised by these, so chose to drink and eat at other venues, so the additional charges didn’t apply.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They loved to talk about what we were up to for the day and how our day was, when we returned. It was really welcoming - like coming home to family, from an outing. Location was great. We walked everywhere. They held our luggage while we went to Ha Long Bay for 2 nights. Lobby was beautiful. Breakfast was great, ordered eggs & pancakes. Also, loved the Vietnamese iced coffees!

This hotel is so lovely in every way, staff are outstanding, rooms feel luxurious (great beds), great breakfast & food. So central for Hanoi old quarter. Sky brunch bar did a fabulous lunch when you want to be away from the hustle & bustle. Miss Vivian & all the staff are what make the warm character & feel of this place, they go above & beyond which I feel is their point of difference. My children felt very welcome & did not want to leave. Thank you all for making our Hanoi experience exceptional.

There was no room around the pool

The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived, the room was spotless and cleaned every day. They arranged everything for us from the transfer from the airport to our trip on the elite of the sea to halong bay that made our holiday it was fantastic.

Excellent hotel, staff couldn’t do enough to help everyone. Always smiling and friendly. Room was great, we were even upgraded to a beautiful room with a terrace. Food in the sky bar is really high quality too. Would recommend to anyone in Hanoi, we’ll be back!

The only thing we could fault is the limited space around the pool, the seating arear could only comfortably fit our group of 5.

We arrived to a very warm welcome from the staff who treated us to a welcome drink whilst discussing our plans for our stay and offering suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed cocktails at the rooftop bar each evening as well as breakfast each morning, which was of good variety and quality.

If you are sensitive to noise then perhaps request a room not facing the street.

The foyer feels like home. It was inviting, smelt wonderful and the decor is superb. The staff were excellent and communicated well. Tim at front desk was especially efficient, attentive and went above and beyond. The small gym was perfect to workout in air conditioned comfort and smelt like a spa! They were able to organise airport pick up who was on time and easily identifiable. Took the stress away especially the chaos at the airport.
