The best thing about this hotel are the employees. We liked everything else as well. But we can't emphasize enough about how caring and professional these employees are. We especially want to thank Trang. You're wonderful and we will miss you. We ended up having 3 different stays at this hotel during our 6 week travels.

Fabulous small hotel in a great location. The room is large and comfortable with a lovely balcony that looks over a quiet, leafy street. However the best thing about the hotel is the wonderful staff. They are all incredibly kind, caring and helpful. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again when I return to Hanoi.

Great hotel in a good part of the city with spectacular views from the balconies. It was on a quiet street that allowed us to escape the chaos. What made the stay exceptional for us were the employees. Kate was very kind and helped us with whatever we needed. My partner had tooth issues and the staff ordered us takeout from a local restaurant that was soft and good for someone with mouth pain. If we return to Hanoi, this would be our first pick!

The breakfast (at next door hotel) was very poor. It was very poor quality food and limited vegetarian options. yogurt was served in plastic takeaway containers! The bathrooms also need some major cleaning.

The receptionist, Trang, was AMAZING. So helpful with anything we needed - from booking bus tickets, laundry service and tips on where to go. Great location in the Old Quarter.

The staff is very kind and attentive. The breakfast was delicious, they also offer Pho. We had a small balcony with a charming view over Hanoi buildings and flowers. The rooms are simple but they have everything you need and they are clean.

A perfect base from which to explore Hanoi's Old Quarter. The hotel is walking distance to the Lake, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Temple of Literature and all of Hanoi's main attractions. A quiet and cosy place, amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. The friendly, helpful staff were excellent (particularly Annie), and helped us book some excellent day trips and excursions (we particularly recommend the cycling and boating in Nimm Binn day trip).

I stayed twice 1 night then 3 nights and would have stayed again for my last night but unfortunately it was booked up My room with balcony was spacious, the bed comfortable and everything was very clean. As a solo female traveler I felt so well cared for by the two lovely women at reception. Hang and Trang, who also helped me laugh off getting lost and being late for my cooking class. They also found me a last minute food tour and a fantastic jeep tour of historic Hanoi, including seeing the train coming through Train St. Mr Zenky reserved a wonderful cruise for me and was so patient with me when I kept changing my dates. He went above and beyond any service I’ve ever received.

The building, room and location were wonderful, but the aspect that was most memorable was the staff. Hang and Trang in particular were some of the most professional, kind and helpful hotel staff I’ve ever met. I’d come back to stay here without hesitation.

Nothing, for me it was perfect.

The hotel is centrally located in the Old Qtr yet on a quieter street. It has everything you will need and incredibly helpful staff who will help you with anything else. In particular try the wonderful cafe next door at Loading T Cafe. I look forward to revisiting.

Nothing to dislike!

The central location of this hotel was great for exploring the surrounding areas. The room was large and comfortable and we'd booked a room with a street view balcony. The breakfast was a buffet style which we had to go a few doors down to the sister hotel for. Everything was fresh and delicious and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Great location, staff extremely helpful & polite. Good breakfast Balcony small but lovely view. A little oasis of peace but only a street away from the madness of Hanoi. Would stay here again

I do think I can fault the staff for anything. They are all so nice, will definitely use them again.

While this hotel is located in the centre of the older quarter, however, it is in a side lane which is much quiet at night for a good nightvrest.
