Limited vegetarian hot food options at breakfast but it was not an issue for us as there were was plenty of bread and fruit for us to enjoy instead.

The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. They arranged a fantastic tour to Halong Bay for us, laundry and a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay (which was cheaper than taking a Grab). Good spread of food options, we loved the fruit and enjoyed the availability of both western and Vietnamese cuisine. Good value for money, great location in District 1.

Wonderful hotel, I was really looked after whilst staying there. They went above and beyond to look after me. Front door always opened for me, fresh red carnation in room everyday, room cleaned everyday. Breakfast was great, loved the chicken soup. I had the room on the 1st floor, very quiet. Bed, sheets, pillows everything was great for a relaxing nights rest. I stayed here for 5 nights and will stay again if in Hanoi. Location is outstanding - watching distance to all attractions and great restaurants walking distance way.

The shower was unsatisfactory. They also kept on calling me for any unnecessary things (like arrival time at the hotel), despite I told them that is was unavailable because of traveling and rather should text met instead.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly during our stay. Even after we left, they offered to send by post something we left behind. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I would definitely recommend getting the rooms with a city view, as the standard ones are a bit dark.

Not well isolated so it can be noisy but only if you have noisy neighbors. Overall it was more than ok.

I had an amazing stay - super helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond to arrange transfers and tours in Hanoi. It was very reasonably priced, and located in the heart of the city, next to top restaurants for Vietnemese food. The team was very kind to give me a free upgrade. Not much to say about what we did not like. This hotel was great value for the location.

Great place to stay, very central and we'll connected to city sights. The management team were exceptional despite our flight getting in late, and they were waiting for us to arrive. They were very kind. We travelled with two small children, and they loved the place as well.
