I suggest to add some hook in the room for hanging of towel and cloths couldn't find a place to hang the wet towel in the room itself.

Mostly an amazing stay only the lift only goes to lvl 8 in the building I was in and I had to climb the stairs to lvl 9. The stairs are narrow. No way I could carry much up there myself.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The tours they offered were varied and well priced. The local neighbourhood is vibrant and safe. Breakfast was good though it was provided by another hotel a couple of doors down. Not really an issue

We had great time staying in this hotel, it is very closed to Hoan Kiem Lake and in the central of Hanoi old quarter. Staff so helpful to carry all the bags for us, and arranged good trip went to Halong Bay. Thank you so much and see you again.

Highly recommend this hotel. This hotel in good location in Hanoi old quarter, easy to move anywhere in Hanoi, nice staff and good breakfast. Room very clean, staffs are very kind and helpful.

There was a slight smell that came from the bathroom pipes, clearly just a part of plumbing issues in Vietnam. Staff came and cleaned the bathroom/room everyday and provided fresh towels.

Natalie who works the front desk went above and beyond to help us navigate the city and provide tips. The room was clean and spacious-highly recommend for future travelers.

The lifts were tiny so don't expect to fit 4 suitcases and 4 people at once. This did not bother us at all, and should not bother you unless you're very fussy.

Without doubt the three best things about staying here: 1. Natalie and Julia! They were absolutely the best hosts one could imagine. Nothing was too difficult. Communication was excellent! All done via Whatsapp and they reached before or arrival to ensure everything was in order. One bit of advice: allow Natalie or Julia to arrange transport from Hanoi airport as there are scammers around. 2. The location! Literally around tge corner from the beautiful lake in Hanoi. Multiple conveniences around including SIM cards, western cafes, Vietnamese coffees, Note Cafe, etc. We hired a motorbike through Julia and we had the best time getting around (but you do need nerves of steel when getting across intersections, merging lanes and turning. 3. The cleanliness of the rooms. Nothing to compassion shoot here at all. Thank you Natalie. Thank you Julia. You are both NUMBER ONE!

Very good location, closed to shop and restaurant. The hotel runs a traveling agent alongside on the ground floor, it’s convenient if you want any help with organized tours.Staffs are friendly, very attentive. Overall we enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend!

The staff are really nice and helpful, especially Natalie. The room is quite big, nice and clean, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and big as well. The area is good for tourist, a lot of good foods around in walking distance, the Hoan Kiem Lake is really near from hotel, will come back again to this hotel when visit Hanoi.

There was some noise early in the morning, but that can’t really be helped -it’s Vietnam! On a relatively quiet street given its great location in the heart of the Old Quarter.

As there are no miracles, you can still hear a bit of noise from the street- but impossible not to have that in Vietnam! Take earplugs with you at all times!

Perfect location in Hanoi, and the most confortable beds and pillows we had all trip! The staff were amazing and it is also a travel agency, so very practical! Definitly try the italian restaurant (i know, i know, ridiculous to say but it was THAT good) in front of the hotel, that has the best pasta with local crab, i have ever tasted in my life! Also, really good vietnamese restaurant right next to hotel- MIAs restaurant!

Nothing really a bit noisy but it was in the heart of Hanoi's old streets,quiet during the night .it was a to find as it's above a travel shop and hard to see the hotel sign.Taxi driver had to stop and ask where it was .

Location was just perfect right in the old part of Hanoi.Very helpful friendly staff . Hotel is small just 1 room on each floor but the rooms are huge and very comfortable.Free WiFi ,air con ,safe ,coffee tea ,water. Good shower ..Excellent value . They arranged a taxi back to airport for only $12.

Aircon is working but the room was not getting cold at all. We're glad they put an electricfan fan in the room. There's also a short electricity malfunction but was resolved immediately.

Room and bathroom was very spacious.
