That we didn’t get to stay longer and had to go back home.

We had such a special stay at the hotel. We stayed for 4 nights in total. The hotel itself is incredibly nice. The location is great: close to the lake and walking distance to everything, which is convenient in the Hanoi heat. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a lot of choices including for vegetarians. The beds were super comfy. But beyond the hotel itself, it was the staff that made our stay so special. They are all incredibly kind and welcoming. Dont hesitate to ask for advice on what to do for your Vietnam trip: they are full of good advice and will help you book activities. Special shoutout to Lilly who was so ever kind to us and made our Vietnam trip so special. She saved us when we took the overnight train and got drenched from head to toes by the rain and let us take showers in the hotel even though we were technically no longer guests. When we came back from Hoi An, she upgraded us to the biggest suite, the best room we’d ever stayed in. One of the many ways she and the rest of the staff made our stay so memorable and special.

We were delighted and the breakfast was very good and the young people at the service are very helpful. The beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly. And thank you to the director for our sunglasses that we had forgotten. Following his call, we quickly turned around. Thank you again.

Considering the location, have to say the hotel is really good. I was not sure what interioe windows meant. It meant no natural light. But thebetaffs upgraded us to a room with natural light. Overall happy!

The room with interior window is somewhat cramped although it’s a compromise considering the location of the hotel in the Old Quarter.

Very service oriented staff, lots of good tips. They even upgraded us to a more spacious room when it became available, free of charge.

Nothing to improve on

The customer service has been outstanding throughout our stay. We were made to feel incredibly valued and everyone knew who we were and what our plans were. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet and we really appreciated the upgrade. The restaurant manager should be commended as she was amazing. The hotel was very central and convenient for everything.
