Wonderful hotel , I arrived by Train from Hanoi and walked across the road to this magnificent hotel. The rooms are lavishly furnished, beautiful bathroom. I was provided with Blue tea on arrival ! Complimentary bottled water in addition to the biggest bed I ever slept in. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

If I had to nitpick, I'd mention the constant monitoring of the pool by some staff members. I was torn between thinking they were watching out for our safety and wondering if they were just ensuring our kids weren't too loud or playful. I found myself extra vigilant, making sure my kids stayed in line (though they were perfectly behaved). Maybe just have someone in a red "lifeguard" tee? That would clear things up :-)

This hotel just screams luxury to me. When we got there, I couldn't help but have high expectations, and I'm thrilled to say they nailed it. We got this fantastic suite on the top floor, and the decor? Spot on. The beds? Super comfy. Breakfast? The variety was amazing, and we totally loved it. The staff? Both professional and super friendly. We did have a tiny hiccup, but they sorted it out smoothly. Oh, and I tried a 90-minute spa treatment — totally recommend it!

I still remember the cocktails at the four seasons in Hong Kong and Istanbul, at St Pierre in Quebec, the unique taste of a Manhattan at the Hilton Time Square, a dinner at Hotel de la Poste of St Louis in Sénégal, a fabulous cocktail in a lodge overseeing the Serengeti. Some magical moments in beautiful places like this one. Cocktail in the lobby was actually very good, but service was very long (30min despite we were alone), and a nice platter and few nuts could have turned this into first class. Not a big deal, and even a ridiculous comment when considering the price paid, but I would have been happy to pay twice more to transform the magical place into a magical experience. (Please don’t read this as a negative opinion, but a small advice to get 10/10)

Beautiful lobby, with fantastic paintings from Bui Huu Hung. Very large bed in a very nicely decorated room. A real 5 stars hotel for the price of a 2 stars in Europe. Staying in this great place and visiting the beautiful imperial city, this is more than justifying a trip to Hué !

The location meant a taxi was required to get to the citadel or Phú Hội district for restaurants and nightlife. However, Grab taxis were cheap and plentiful in the city so getting around wasn't too much of a problem.

This stylish hotel was elegant and charming with a blend of classic design and contemporary sophistication. The hotel's lobby is impressive and has impeccable attention to detail. Our bedroom was comfortable. The warm and friendly staff greeted us with smiles, making us feel like valued guests throughout our stay.

So much attention for details in this hotel! Beautiful art and decorated with a lot of taste. The gym was spacious and well equipped, we had an excellent massage and the food was above expectations, both Vietnamese and western dishes. Totally worth the money, we warmly recommend the place!

Foie gras on the menu. You should not serve that due to how it's made. It's absolutely not animal friendly and you should not promote that by serving it. The usage of loud mobile phones in the breakfast and dinner restaurant. As a top 5 * you may forbid this....
