Such a perfect base for the Ha Giang loop. We did the loop as a couple so stayed there the first night. Rented our bike from them and booked a night to stay again for one evening once completing the loop. Awesome that you can leave your excess luggage there. Such an awesome touch to give is free t-shirts once completing the loop. So friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend staying there if doing the loop.

These guys were so nice!!!!! They let us leave out bags here whilst we motorbikes despite only staying one night, we then recommended to others and staying again later in trip. Really appreciated their great advice and kindness!

When we returned to the hostel after the loop they forgot we had paid for our extra night stay and accused us of not paying. But that is the only thing. It was a great hostel.

The rooms so super comfortable. An amazing bed and bed covers and pillow. The room was very clean and the bathroom was lovely and modern with hot and powerful shower. The staff were so helpful. We did the loop with the hostel which was absolutely incredible. The staff leading up to our stay were so helpful.

The property is perfect for one night before going on the tour. BOOK YOUR TOUR THROUGH THE HOSTEL!!!! We booked via WhatsApp and everything was set up for us when we checked in. The tour guides were fab and we had the most amazing four days! Shout out to our faves Minh,khoa,Chung,Quan🫶🏻

Location was good for our bus stop right outside but it's a little further out from town in terms of food options only two places across the road

This exceeded my expectations for a hostel. Private room was small but clean with air conditioning and a fan and also toiletries and a towel provided. Breakfast included was fresh banh mi made when you got there and fresh fruit

We did the 4 day, 3 nights tour and it was the best experience in my life. I felt incredibly safe with my driver. He was so kind and sweet and made sure I was okay after the bumpy roads. He really made an effort to get to know me and make my trip so enjoyable. The food was also to die for. Every stop had the best dishes and left so full with so much left over. I cannot recommend enough doing the ha giang loop with this hostel. Can’t imagine doing the loop with anyone else.

We were in a triple room this time and there was a slight mildew smell in our room. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

We just left a review on our first stay and we liked this place so much that we decided to book an additional night when we returned from our Ha Giang Loop trip! As we said before, this place is a great value for your money and the staff is wonderful!

Everything was perfect!

We stayed at Ha Giang Hostel after arriving in Ha Giang to stay at another place. Our original place was loud and dirty so we called and took a taxi to Ha Giang Hostel. As soon as we arrived, we knew this place was much better. The whole property is clean and comfortable. The rooms were clean and everything worked well. There was an aircon and fan in the room and the private bathroom was clean and offered all needed amenities. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed. After seeing how nice the property and staff were - we actually decided to book our Ha Giang Loop trip through Ha Giang Hostel instead of our original company. We were so glad we did and kept saying that everything works out for a reason. The breakfast was also nice!

Nothing really, everything was great. The ventilation in the bathroom could have been better, it's a but dump, after shower.

Amazing place, clean, great size rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, who helped us to organize everything from the loop to the ride back to Hanoi. They also serve nice breakfast, which is crazy, considering how affordable the price is. Would definately stay again, can't recommend enough. Also the bike loop tour they organize is awesome, must do!

We stayed here the first night, then rented a bike here for 4 days. Everything was smooth, rooms was clean, bike was new and worked perfectly. Small breakfast was served on the upstairs teracce as well. My only recommendation is, that if you want to get to your next destination (for us it was Sa Pa) without problems and hassle (calling to 12go Asia support 10times), book your next transport with Ha Giang Hostel. they will make sure you’ll have spot in the minivan and that no one will decline to transport you. (It’s even cheaper than 12go Asia)

There was no window on the room I had, its quite depressing. But at least they have a nice paddeo on top where you can relax outside.
