Was a bit noisy being next to the street, but that is expected. And something that we had considered when picking the right location to be in the hustle and bustle of the old quarter

We had a lovely view. The room was small but cozy. It’s a boutique hotel in the old quarter so it’s a compact little place. But extremely clean and cozy. The staff were amazing and very helpful.

excellent hotel in a strategic position in the old quarter of Hanoi, with the possibility of reaching any location on foot, clean rooms equipped with every comfort, accessories, fridge, safety box... excellent big size bed; my room had a small balcony, very pleasant; staff always available, (Vy also via WhatsApp!), I also used the transfer to/from the airport: precise and punctual as per Vy's instructions! excellent breakfast, varied and exhaustive for every palate. Vy did the best to make me enjoy the attractions of the neighborhood, providing map and info: what more could you ask for?

Reception staff fantastic & Ly speaks excellent English. Provided a map of Hanoi & took the time to sit & advise places to visit. We loved the location right near the night markets on the weekend. Breakfast was good.

Great little hotel in a central location close to all attractions. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are incredibly helpful. Wifi is excellent. Breakfasts are good too.

Hospitability of receptionist. She helped us with everything and went extra mile for us. Showed us most important tips for visting town, left us a map. We were leaving hanoi at 19:00, and we were allowed to left our baggage there for whole day, free of charge. And once we came back to Hotel and waited for our pickup, we could take shower - that was wonderful !

The internet is a little slow on the uploading part of size but if you don’t have to work or so it is not bad.

The location is great! Right in the old quarter. Just 5 min walk to beer street and night market. And 10 to the temple in the lake. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. Vy at reception was specially helpful explaining me everything that was to do and see I. The city, gave me a map and help me extend my stay.

nice French colonial interior decoration, good location, staff are very friendly and helpful. Ms Vy gave us very good suggestions for Hanoi sightseeing - Love the Bat Trang pottery village she recommended.

- The room was a little more outdated and smaller than the pictures show. - The room with balcony that we stayed in was situated directly at the street, walls & windows are not sound proof so room was quite noisy with all the honking motorbikes. We had earplugs so it was fine and at night there is less traffic.

Mrs. Vy went above and beyond to help us during our stay with suggesting activities and booking transportation. She speaks English very well. Even after check out when we left for Sapa and dropped by the hotel after we came back to Hanoi for a layover stop there, she arranged the next bus to Ha Long Bay. The location is right in the middle of everything, but still at a quiet corner (some hotels are across bars with really loud music)!

Thank you to Miss Vy for all the help she provided . The whole stuff is exceptionally helpful, they bring your suitcase to your room, they offer and organize programs for you, they explain what is worth to see in the city . They all go out of their way to satisfy their customers wholeheartedly. The room and breakfast is ok, the location is in the old quarter, everything is close, including the bus stop to the airport .

I found the bed to be just a bit too hard to be really comfortable and once again there was only one mirror in the room - in the bathroom.

Our room was a good size and the staff were very helpful always. There were bananas available in the lobby which was a nice snack. I think the bath towels here were the best we have had in 4 or 5 different hotels we have stayed at in Hanoi - very thick and fluffy. The room looked very much like the pictures on Bookings.

Vy and all of the other staff were accommodating and lovely, the bedroom with the balcony was cleaned every day and the view from the balcony of the streets was great. Couldn't ask for more for the price we paid. Thanks so much for everything.
