Hana was amazing at helping us book tours and find things to do in the area. Her service was incredible as was service of all staff. Loved the location, a peaceful escape in the middle of the Hanoi old quarter. Couldn't ask for a better location. Super comfortable rooms.

Nothing stands out worth noting, everything was very good. One suggestion to get the AC checked for slightly louder background noise. Nothing that cannot be drowned out but just an extremely minor point.

The rooms were extremely clean, the staff were always welcoming to us everytime we came through the doors, the location was amazing and the staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and sight seeing information. As well as extremely helpful on WhatsApp prior to getting to Vietnam and helping us store our baggage the first day even though we weren’t checking in for another 3 days.

Little bit of noise from above early in the morning.

I left a horrible hotel that I have paid for two nights and came to Lavender Central. I was welcomed by Jenny, she saw how upset and tired I was from my previous experience, she kindly offered me fa beverage and a cold towel, then she gave me early check-in so I could relax before starting my day. She made me feel that I arrived to the right place. I decided to book 2 more nights there. All the staff at the a Front desk is very professional and go beyond expectations.

The hotel was very well situated in old quarter Hanoi, despite being in the centre of the old quarter, it was so quiet in the room. The room were clean daily, the location was quiet and beds were super comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious with great variety, and the staff really went above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of. The receptionists gave us a run down of everything we need to know about Hanoi when we arrived, and the staff always helped with our bags and doors. They also made sure to act us our point of contact when we had your pick ups so we were not left on our own to navigate. Staff was amazing and helped us book transfers to Sapa and back. Special thanks to Jenny who took great care of us. We highly highly recommend this hotel to anyone to stays in Hanoi! Great value and exceptional service!!

We returned to the boutique hotel returning from Ha Long Bay cruise. We were impressed with the staff, specifically Andrea made our stay very welcoming and was helpful to ensure our stay was a great experience. Excellent location, clean rooms, comfortable space to stay in.

Had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were super helpful and welcoming and the hotel and room was very nice. The bed was comfy and the shower had great pressure and temperature. Location is right in the centre of Old Quarter in Hanoi, close to lots of cafes, bars and restaurants and only a short walk from beer street but not so close that you'll hear any noise from it at night. Breakfast was great, with a buffet and a choice from a menu for eggs, omelettes and pho. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect for exploring the Old Quarter, restaurants, coffee shops, rooftop bars, close to train street and lots of souvenir shopping. The hotel is quite lovely, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great showers, AC, reasonable price and overall friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is on a great location. Not far from local tourist attractions. We walked everywhere and it’s mostly flat. Their breakfast had a variety of different assortments and selections of Vietnamese and traditional breakfast items such as eggs and pancakes. The staff are friendly and professional and extremely helpful!

The breakfast could have more variety.

The staff at the hotel was very kind and helpful. They were providing us with useful tips on how to get to the most important sightseeing spots and where to eat. We got a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room. The location is right in the heart of the old quarter. You can easily get around by walking. They also have tasty coffee.

The location is impeccable and great value for money. While close to the lake, the bar street and lots of eateries, it is pretty quiet, especially from the room. The reception staff are quite helpful too.
