Best location in the hart of old town 2 min walking distance from Train Street... Loundry, scooter, tours, tickettes available át the reception. Breakfast was lovely. The host was so helpfull, she sorted everything we needed in no time, even got discount on different services such as Spa and massage...they were so friendly... Really nice people ... Highly recommended...

The host invited us to stay on another hotel due to full booking of the hotels. We insisted because we already booked our taxi through booking.com. We finally stayed in the original hotel and everything was fine.

The room was nice and clean. Air con was strong enough. The host was so kind to provide us take away breakfast at 6:15 am on the day of my departure.

My stay at Sofia was excellent! Thumbs up to staff from the reception to the housekeeping team. Nguyễn Nga was amazing, helpful, and assisted me with day trips and airport pick-up/drop off. I can't fault my stay and recommend any solo travellers to book a room there.

The facilities are new, clean, and modern, especially the bed, which is pretty and comfortable. The receptionist is also helpful and supports our early check-in. Breakfast is also good.

Only the fridge in the room was a bit loud but we disconnect it to get a good night sleep.

Good location, good breakfast, small room but confortable and nice staff. Luckily we got a room upgrade to the last floor with a small but really nice balcony. Amenities provided.

Great location, convenient service, clean rooms. I arrived late, was very tired and man at the reception said that I can pay tomorrow, rooms are fully equipped with everything you need like ac, fan, tv. Oh! Th best thing is that shower gel smells GOOD! Bathroom is clean, has toothbrushes and paste, you can also book a nice excursion there, people are so helpful, really love their business. I’d definitely stay one more time

The accomodation is very centric and close to a lot of restaurants and markets in the old quarter. The room was cozy and clean and the staff was kind. The breackfast had a few options but everything was very good and tasty.

Balcony is French style mostly, only the room on top has regular size balcony, but on top floor water pressure is very low.

Great location in the old quarter, everything is very close by. Nice breakfast too. People working there are absolutely best we met during our trip, very friendly and helpful. Hotel kept our luggage when we left for a few multi days tours in other locations, free of charge. Bed is a bit harder than we are used to in Europe but still fine to sleep. Rooms are in good condition but since it is an old building you can hear the traffic in the morning, didn't bother us too much though. We stayed there more than once and will do it again.

There was nothing we didn’t like but something worth looking at is that edge of the bath isn’t sealed so it was a bit of a worry making sure water didn’t go down the edge.

‘Queen’ on reception was a delight. If we could give more than 10 we would. Great breakfast. Clean. We were upgraded to a double room with a view at no extra charge which was very generous. Very happy with our two night stay.

Bathroom quite small but everything in it worked well!!

Very central location in the heart of the Old Quarter so very easy to walk everywhere. Just around the corner from Train Street and Bia Hoi corner! We stayed twice, before and after our Halong Bay trip which we arranged through the hotel (would recommend- good price and nice boat) and we were able to store our luggage with them while we were away. Both the rooms we had were large, clean and comfortable - they were at the back of the hotel so quite quiet, not sure if the street facing rooms would be noisy. Good breakfast included in the price with plenty of options offered plus fruit, juice, tea/coffee. A really good value hotel in central Hanoi.

Unrelated but we stayed in Hanoi during Tet holiday (Feb 13-18) so most stores or resto we wanted to visit were closed but still managed to enjoy the stay

Breakfast option is great but area is a bit small. 2 tables with 4 seats each. They are accommodating and feels very homy. The room was clean. I hope they can add floor mats especially right outside the bathroom cos I hate the wetting the floor. No noise in our room (we're on 5th floor). Hotel is situated in Old Quarter so very close to everywhere. We booked a good deal!
