We were a couple from Greece staying at Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley. Everything was perfect. The location was just next to the city centre, a few minutes away from the lake. The room was always clean and the bed was very comfortable. We also enjoyed the breakfast as there was a variety of things to eat. Our experience was nothing short of exceptional, primarily due to the incredibly kind and attentive personnel. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Warm thanks to Grace and the rest of the team (sorry for not remembering the names) for being more than professionals. The personnel was really the highlight of our stay.

This was probably our best stat in our vietnam trip. For the price amenities are great and nice breakfast buffet. The hotel is located in the heart of old quarter. Super clean and fresh. Justin and Grace were amazing throughout our Stay. They were always in touch even when we traveled to other cities and always helping with a smile. Both are asset to this amazing hotel. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality.

We would 100% recommend you stay here! The staff were amazing, they're so friendly and kind, super eager to help with anything! The location couldn't have been better, easy walking distance from everything. The room was super comfortable and the perfect size and the shower had good water pressure!

Good location, in old quarter, but still you can get a good nights sleep. The staff goes out of their way to help you, very kind, warm and friendly. The room though a little small, is clean and well equipped with what one needs for a stay. Breakfast is at the sister hotel, on the opposite side of the street. Plenty of options, delicious food. They provide luggage storage too. We would stay here again for sure, especially for their exceptional service!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Hanoi Emerald Waters Hotel Valley, and I must say that the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from the staff. The level of service provided by the hotel staff was nothing short of outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Whether it was providing quick and efficient room service or simply greeting me by name whenever they saw me, the staff truly set the standard for exceptional service. In addition to their professionalism, what stood out to me the most was their genuine care and attentiveness towards the guests. It was evident that the staff took pride in their work and genuinely cared about ensuring that every guest had a positive experience.

Small boutique hotel in a great location. The rooms are a good size and well maintained. Breakfast was included at another hotel and provided good variety. The staff were exceptional, especially Grace and Justin who took such great care of us. We were upgraded to a suite on our last night which was a lovely surprise. This hotel delivers so much more than its cost and we would highly recommend

The staff were warm, thoughtful and very accommodating. The hotel is new and clean. We had to check out at 5 AM, the staff prepared breakfast for us to bring to the airport. They even packed fruits for us which was very thoughtful of them.

The staff were the most friendly, kind and attentive, especially Justin who really went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. They even arranged us breakfast since we had an early flight. The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore it. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was delicious.

The entry is not easy to find, that's the only part not really convenience for first time visitor, other than that is great.

Reception is super friendly, especially Grace who provide more than expected service, such as introduce voluntarily tourist attraction nearby and provide useful advices what to pay attention visiting tourist site, she's super friendly and helpful. Not only Grace, but other hotel employees provide attentive services to guest. Massage service is a good rate after discount for hotel guest. Hotel room has many power plugs which is a very convenience design for guest.

The property is located at the prime location in Hanoi. The hospitality is top notch and one of the best I’ve come across in my years of travelling. The room is cozy but beautifully done and looks very sophisticated. We had a 3 nights stay and were attended by Justin and Grace, who are so so good with their professional behaviour and excellent hospitality, doing their best to make guest comfortable and support with the best tours, local information, food options etc. Always welcomed us with their warm smiles. Breakfast spread was good with both vegetarian and non vegetarian options.

Could put a full length mirror in rooms, and maybe improved lighting to get ready.

Amazing staff. They go the extra mile. So friendly and helpful. Stored our luggage whilst we went to Cat Ba for 2 nights. Upgraded our room. Helped with recommendations on what to see. Very responsive on messages too! Booked our return taxi to the airport with them for similar to Grab prices (not inflated like usual hotels). Overall I would 100% recommend.

The only draw back is the bath area and the WC are common because one takes bath and water is everywhere.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Hanoi! The location is perfect, right in the center of the city. The rooms are amazing, and the breakfast is delicious. But what truly sets this place apart are the staff. Grace and her team are the loveliest hosts you could ask for. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable, just like you're at home. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hanoi.
