The staff were fantastic so friendly and helpful nothing was too much to ask I could not fault the service. The beds were large and comfortable and the rooms clean and tidy. 100% would recommend for a place to stay in the Old Quarter of Hanoi

Stayed 2 nighs at Hanoi Lheritage Diamond and we all had an amazing experience. The hotel is located in a quiet side street, right in the middle of the Old Quarter, with everything within walking distance. All our rooms had aircon, comfortable beds and pillows, and large modern bathrooms with great water pressure. All the staff on the Imperial team were professional and friendly and gave great advice on restaurants, cafes and tourist sights to ensure we experienced Hanoi in its fullest. Will come back if ever in Hanoi!

The hotel is in an excellent location in the Old quarter close to everything, with lots of life but in a quiet street. The most remarkable thing, however, is the excellent attention of all the staff. I would like to highlight Martin,Sabi,Jame - their kindness, professionalism and help to the passengers. We stayed many days in various stages and everything was always easy thanks to them who helped us to organize excursions, book transfers, etc. at very reasonable prices with very good service. We enjoyed our stay with them very much. Very good value for money.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and it turned out to be an great experience. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that we had been upgraded from a deluxe to an executive room! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making us feel truly valued as guests. What impressed us the most was their flexibility; they accommodated our request to extend our check-out time until 6pm for a small fee, allowing us to make the most of our time in the city. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with top-notch service. We will definitely be back!

Lovely hotel, very organized, and very clean. Staff so friendly and attentive and greeted us on arrival & gave us a gift when we left. We took advantage of the spa and treatments were great and very relaxing. Eggs/omelette for breakfast were prepared on request and remaining breakfast buffet was a good selection. Location in the Old Quarter was perfect . We had room 705 at the back of the building which was very quiet. Will would definitely stay here again when next in Hanoi.

Fantastic hotel in the middle of the old town in Hanoi. The rooms were large, clean and surprisingly quiet for the old town (nothing is really quiet here). The staff is very friendly and helpful and can give you recommendations on both delicious and authentic places to eat, and interesting places to see in the old town of Hanoi. Strongly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Hanoi.

It's a bright and clean hotel. Strong shower water not like others that dribble. Excellent service. Different menu on buffet breakfast everyday. Prime location for food and pubs. Walking distance in Old quarter. Near to most places of interests. Excellent!

Lheritgage Diamond hotel is a must stay if you travel to Hanoi, the staff are amazing people and will help you with anything you need around Hanoi, the room was so comfortable and quite I also enjoyed the breakfast every morning. Such a nice gem can’t wait to come back one day!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Lheritage Diamond hotel. The staff is really kind and attentive, the location in the old quarter is perfect, rooms are beautiful and they serve a delicious breakfast. You can order from a nice selection of breakfast options on top of the regular buffet and you can get water all day complimentary. There is nothing we didn’t like about our stay and we can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone coming to Hanoi.

We really appreciate our stay in this hotel. The hotel is very well located in the old city. The staff is so nice and adorable. We also especially loved the breakfast here. You stayed 3 days in Hanoi and I think we enjoyed the best traditional Vietnamese meal in Hanoi in this hotel!! We strongly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Hanoi Lheritage Hotel on our arrival in Vietnam and found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough to make us comfortable and recommend places to visit. The room was comfortable and the breakfast in their sister hotel opposite was the best we had in Vietnam. We left after a few days to continue our travels south but were so happy with our earlier stay that we chose to return for our last two days in Vietnam before flying home. Jame and Huong at reception went out of their way to assist us after I made a mistake with the booking, helping to organise a different room, a transfer to the airport and even a breakfast to take with us. Very professional staff and a lovely hotel, in a perfect location.

Wonderful find for us..this hotel combined a high standard of quality, comfort and value with authentic Vietnamese hospitality and service. Breakfast buffet is really excellent with fresh fruit, juices and yogurt. Hot food offerings brought to your table. If you fancy something not on the menu, chef will do their best to prepare it for you. I took advantage of the spa in the hotel and enjoyed a massage.

Staying at The Lheritage Diamond Hotel in Hanoi was a delightful experience. I was welcomed by smiling and kind staff from the young man outside greeting me as I got of my taxi to the nice ladies at the reception desk. This continued throughout my full stay. My room was very nice! Comfortable, quiet, and with high class amenities. I took a bath and the bath oil is just so relaxing. I also went to the hotels SPA and I must say my cupping massage was very pleasant, very professional. I enjoyed it so much! Breakfast buffet is so delicious. So many dishes to choose from, fresh and I could see the kitchen staff checking on it constantly, and the waiting staff was also very kind and professional. The location is so convenient, right in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter, walking distance to everywhere you want to walk to. Yes, I had a wonderful stay and it will certainly not be my last one.

What a fantastic hotel! The service was amazing. We checked in almost at midnight and were greeted with juice and the friendliest night staff. The next morning, we had the free breakfast and it was so fresh and delicious. You could have custom pho and omelet's and there were so many vegetarian options for our friend. And we had a staff member come to our table, give us a map and asked what we’d like to see. And not in an intrusive way….just super helpful! Would absolutely recommend this centrally located hotel to Hanoi visitors and definitely my friends! Again, just the nicest staff and great service.

We came here as we cancelled our second time stay with a previous and very disappointing hotel we stayed at (same stars, same rating, similar price), and we were very glad we did! Great location, quiet room, comfy and real 2 bedroom beds (not 2 singles pushed together), very clean, fantastic staff, good breakfast with a nice view over the city. We got a room upgrade, and that was welcomed! They instantly sorted us out with our onwards travel without being pushy. Highly recommend this hotel!
