I have stayed in this beautiful hotel in Feb and I must say this is the first hotel that really makes me feel so happy. The staff treated me so well and I never felt as if I was staying in a hotel but rather in a ‘family’ home. Ms Sabi and hotels staff were so friendly and accommodating . This made me feel reluctant to leave after my 5-nights stay. Room was so clean and so comfortable. Breakfast was great and loved the coffee. They even made me a simple breakfast on my departure day as it was too early for the proper mini buffet to operate.

I had such a fabulous time at Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel that i extended my stay.. twice! The staff make you feel at home and welcome. They were excellent at arranging tours to make the most of my time and budget. Martin even took me to repair my broken bag and Apple sorted out all my personal needs so i could confidently see Vietnam on my own. You will be a lucky traveller to stay right on food street with this charming hotel. Highly recommended.

The hotel is super nice and very clean. Perfect location in Old town. The breakfast is all you could wish for but now we’re coming to the most important part. The staff!! Sabi greeted us on arrival and helped us with absolutely EVERYTHING. Even when we left Hanoi she still kept in contact and helped with all sorts of bookings. Also Happy in the afternoon crew is extremely nice and helpful as well. Enjoy!

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was really good! The room was clean, the bed was comfy and it was really quiet. Great service from Martin, who was very helpful and accommodating, thank you very much! They are quite helpful with booking tours and we're happy to look after my baggage when I was out during the day. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely place to stay in Hanoi. The location is great and the rooms are comfortable and peaceful. Sabi is very good member of staff and helped a lot. She was very friendly and helped us with our questions. Good hotel to chill and get some rest whilst still being in a great area! There are some great places to get food nearby.

Stayed here two nights in Feb 2024/ Amazing experience. Staff are extremely helpful and speak good English so communication is good. They were really flexible, allowing earlier check in, gave good recommendations of things to do in the area. They offer a laundry service. Good sized bedrooms with a huge bed. Would recommend staying here.

Highly recommended. It’s hard to say how much we love this hotel, without seeming false. We have stayed in some fabulous hotels around the world, but very few make you feel as naturally at home as soon as you step into the lobby as you will here. Staff are all outstanding. Rooms are delightfully furnished and beds so comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance of everything in The Old Quarter and the staff will help you with whatever you need. We loved our stay and the location of the hotel was perfect. The breakfast was included and it was delicious. We were on the second floor facing the street and we didn’t find it too noisy. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were right on the lake in the old town. Perfect for walking tours.

We stayed 3 nights at Hanoi Lheritage Diamond. The welcoming was great. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is so attentive and helpful. They were always friendly and supportive. Breakfast is very complete and tasty and they also have an amazing iced Vietnamese Coffee with which you should start your day ;) Beds are big and comfy, decoration is smart and cozy. We also booked with them the stay and tour in Sapa and a street food tour and cooking class in Hanoi. The experience in Hanoi was amazing. Both street food tour and cooking class were quite a experience and we enjoyed a very local feeling. We strongly recommend a stay in here on your journey through Vietnam.

This hotel was the first stop on our tour of Vietnam, and our first time in Hanoi, we simply could not fault the service, room was clean and tidy, the staff are wonderful, greetings every time you arrive and leave, always smiling and helpful. Excellent hotel in the middle of Hanoi’s old quarter. Great location. Hotel is beautiful, super clean and the staff is great. Special mention to their customer care/ guest services Martin, he is excellent! He makes sure you set with everything you need, offered to get a breakfast packed due to the very early tour pick. Also advise to enjoy breakfast and informed when the tour guide was in lobby ready to pick up. So there was need to wait in lobby for the tour pick up, instead waited in the restaurant with a nice view and a coffee.

Central location - Best staff and customer service. We stayed here for 3 nights at the start of our trip and then for 1 night upon returning from Sapa and before going to Ninh Binh. Located in the Old Quarter, easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants, night market.They had an a la carte menu for breakfast in addition to the buffet and were so happy to cater for our vegan dietary requirements. All the staff from the door staff, reception staff and restaurant were so helpful. This was such a thoughtful gesture and it touched our hearts. Thank you so much.

The service from the moment we arrived through our departure was wonderful. The staff were excellent, super helpful, polite and very friendly. The hotel has a great location. I highly recommend this hotel. Ms. Sabi, our guest officer, goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. She extends a helping hand, especially in terms of food and tours.
