This is a relatively new hotel right in the old quarter of Hanoi. Everything is modern, clean, and nice. Complimentary breakfast comes with free omelets and espresso drinks. Great location not far away from beer street and banh mi places. The staff, including Jame and Sabi, were extremely friendly and recognized and remembered us whenever we walked through the lobby. Overall this is a great value with exemplary customer service above all.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hotel is centrally located, in the heart of the hustle and bustle of beautiful Hanoi! Sabi was an exceptional host, making sure that everything was perfect! Amazing staff and hotel. Sabi went out of her way to make everything as comfortable as she could for us. We could store our luggage and even have a shower after we checked out. Location is perfect, you can walk everywhere you need to. We’ll be back!

Great Location, view and close to all the main attractions. The rooms were big, very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and lots to choose from. We would definitely stay there again. We have great memories at the Hanoi Lheritage Diamond Hotel. Can't fault the service here at The Lheritage Diamond Hotel in Hanoi, we really enjoyed our stay here. Some of the staff made our stay very warm and welcoming, especially Sabi who always greeted us with a smile every morning and catered to every need. We would highly recommend staying here, hopefully we get the opportunity to come back.

We have had such a great stay at the Lheritage Diamond hotel. The manager, Martin has gone above and beyond to make sure our daughter who is coeliac has had plenty to eat at breakfast time. Nothing was too much trouble, he always took the time to answer our questions and help us with anything. We definitely recommend a stay here, the rooms are charming and spacious and everything is so close. Thank you and we will be back soon!

Our Experience was amazing. Nothing I would change

The hotel was wonderful! The staff were very friendly especially Ms. Saba. They helped us book a tour of Ha Long Bay which turned out to be a amazing experience. The breakfast was a wonderful buffet style with something for everyone including my children who are 3 &5. The location was in the center of everything and walking distance to many attractions! Definitely book this hotel if your going to Hanoi. Wonderful rooms and great people!

The bath gave off a funny smell if you used the spa facility. Upon arrival we were bombarded with excursion offers when all we wanted to do was go up to our room. The next days they would complain that we booked trips with other companies and each time claim how they could have got us the trip cheaper than they’d originally offered it for (I guess don’t try to rip us off in the first place?). This was only one member of staff who was really pushy but I guess it is his job to try and sell the trips? Finally, upon arrival they asked us to cancel our booking.com booking in exchange for refunding our taxi fee. This is definitely not something I felt comfortable in doing and they asked us 3 times in succession to do it. No means no!

The property was clean enough and the location was fantastic. Most of the staff were really friendly and helpful.

My girlfriend and I went to Hanoi on vacation in Apr 2024 and decided to stay here based on the reviews and they were absolutely true and correct. The location of the hotel is perfect! The breakfast is great! Amenities are cool,The hotel is very centrally located in the Old Quarter, a minute walk from Hoan Kiem lake. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

We really annoyed our stay at Hanoi Lheritage Diamond. It is in a great central spot. The bed was comfy and it was SUPER quiet despite the noisey city. The front desk including Sabi were very accommodating when we needed help with our safe and asked for an extra blanket. They also provided advise for yummy food and booked us transportation to Halong. Food was good at the buffet too. 10/10 would return

The place is amazing and easy to navigate. The food is fantastic, and you can also request breakfast items from the menu for free at no extra charge. The front desk, particularly my friend Happy, is extremely helpful and kind to our group. Happy truly lives up to her name. There are also plenty of amenities available. The service was good. It was good value for money. Every small problem that I raised was attended to immediately. For example, I wasn’t sure how to use the safe. The receptionist came to my room to show me how to use. Sabi and Jame were very helpful.

Perfect location in the heart of Old Quarter. Easy walk to everything we wanted to see but on a side street so much quieter than other hotels nearby. The room were perfect . The staff welcomed us the moment we entered and oriented us with the city making recommendations without being pushy. Rooms were pristine and bathrooms are spacious!

The hotel is located in the main business street. Impressived with professional and friendly staff. Luxurious room with wood as the main material, delicious Asian-European fusion breakfast. So many beautiful memories were saved and I can’t wait to come back again.
