Can’t think of one thing

The hotel has the no 1 best sky bar in Hanoi. We were told this and tried other sky bars and it is true! The location was fantastic - walk around the corner to the lake, plenty of shops, restaurants and markets around. The staff were very helpful and accomodating. Rooms were spacious and the best bed we slept on all week!!

I stayed in this hotel for the third or fourth time and didn't remember exactly. In my opinion, the best place to stay is the value of comfort/money. Before they had a problem with breakfast, but now this issue has been fixed, and the breakfast where delicious!

During pur trip we stayed at three different hotels in Hanoi. The drinks were very expensive compared to our other hotels and bars in the area. The price per night was also a bit higher but the hotel didn‘t have a higher comfort than our other hotels.

the staff was very friendly, dedicated and helpful. the location was good, right in the center if the old town. however, that‘s also why it is quite noisy.

No gym or pool, but they do have a spa. Besides that, the hotel was pretty perfect.

The staff went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Beyond the people, the actual hotel was beautiful, very clean, and a pleasure to stay in. We felt like royalty here. Best hotel of our trip by a landslide. So happy we chose this place and would recommend to family and friends.

Nothing to do with the hotel - just wish the weather was better as I had booked the hotel for the rooftop - esp. as I was only intending to stay overnight.

It was an over night stay for me - so I arrived late - but the service was fab. It was a rainy day - and the bar was quiet - but am sure on a clear day it's fab!

Everything! Especially the crew at the reception were extremely helpful and kind. They arranged us the trips and so much more. Special thanks to Tracy! The hotel has an extremely central location on a busy street but the rooms are still so silent that you can sleep like a baby. The view of the hotels restaurant and the included breakfast was really good. I travel a lot and best hotel experience I have ever had.

The staff were amazing: Mikkelson, Traci, and Jenni at the front desk in addition to the multiple doormen. They were educated about the area and gave us great recommendations for what to do and where to go. The spa staff were great! Nhung, Huong and Thuy Linh were all professional and great at their jobs. I highly recommend this hotel and the spa! The breakfast buffet was perfect also!

I loved this hotel! I stayed twice once for two nights when I arrived in Hanoi and again at the end of my stay. I want to mention Mikkelson in particular who helped with purchasing tickets for the train and then insisted on personally escorting us to and through the train station where he put our luggage in our cabin. Such a remarkably kind person. The hotel even packed sandwiches and breakfast for both of us, even though my friend did not stay at the hotel. All of my friends that I traveled with who stayed at the hotel agreed that it is the best in Hanoi!
