The hotel is in the center of the Old Quarter. The main attractions are at walking distance. I have never seen a staff that is so helpful. i highly recommend this hotel.

Service was outstanding and Mr. Nam Ho and his team went out of their way to provide care and support during a brief illness. Breakfast was exceptional and the location was ideal. The view from the sky bar was fabulous.

Perfectly located hotel with great rooms and a stunning rooftop bar. Room was a good size, bed was super comfortable, spacious shower and decent breakfast. Staff were very friendly and professional - really appreciated their help in organising a last minute taxi to the airport on departure.

All the Staff is absolutely phenomenal - Nam and Phoebe are going an extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at home! Location! The hotel is 2 mins walk from the Hoan Kiem lake, literally in the city center.

Everything was exceptional!

I had an accident whilst crossing the crazy roads in Hanoi. The staff bent over backwards to help me. They went to pharmacy twice for me. Offered to have breakfast delivered to my room. One of the kindest hotels I have ever stayed at.

I can’t begin to explain how much we loved our stay here! beautiful facility in the heart of the old quarter - wonderful breakfast area and sky bar. We stayed for 2 nights because it was my birthday and the staff went ABOVE and beyond. bringing me a chocolate lava cake with my name on it, upgrading our room to a balcony suite, giving us a local gift upon checkout, decorating our bed with roses.. just a magical magical couple days. Their breakfast buffet is amazing considering the hotel size (it’s not huge). Many creative and delicious options to be had. The toiletries in the bathroom smell amazing and work so well. Loved their body wash & lotion! The staff go above and beyond here to be so friendly, kind and always have a smile on their face. I truly loved staying here and 100% will be back!

Leaky AC (easily fixable) Breakfast (Vietnamese) coffee wasn't strong at all, tasted better pretty much everywhere else. Cappuccino not included in the inclusive breakfast..

The breakfast spread was superb. We had lake views from our room on the 6th floor. The welcome drink was so unique, we loved it. Super comfortable beds and mattresses resulting in amazing sleep quality. Very friendly and attentive staff. Loved our stay and will be back if in Hanoi, although I felt it was quite pricey! Highly recommended.

We loved everything.

The people from reception are extremely friendly and helpful and professional. The rooms are very clean and give you a very good vibe. I would stay for sure again. We actually stayed 3 nights initially and decided to book again upon our return from Halong Bay as it feels like home.

I had originally booked an additional roll out bed for our daughter that wasn't provided (I had completely forgotten about it and only realised after we had checked out). For the price, you would expect that this would've been prepared for you before arrival. Either way, I still recommend the hotel. Minor detail.

- the glass door of the shower cubicle is not sealed properly, so the bathroom floor gets wet after each shower.

- the hotel is located right in the heart of hanoi's old quarter, with hoan kiem lake just a 2-minute walk away. food, shops, bars and taxis/transportation are plenty and easy to find. - the rooms are soundproofed, so it is very quiet even though the streets outside are bustling with tourists, activities and vehicles - the staff are the star of the hotel; customer service is comparable, if not better, than some 5-star hotels - there is a bar at the rooftop which offers a bird's-eye view of hoan kiem lake and the turtle tower
