Good hotel service. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and tastety. The staff were excellent but the rooms were a little bit noisy in the morning But this is a special thing in Hanoi so we cannot avoid it. Great location for walking around Hanoi old quarter. On the weekend we can go to night market. Thank Sulli for her helping during my stay. I will come here again in the next time!!

Rooms were good... Amenities were adequate and service was good as well.... Location the hotel was good as well..... Only the food could have had more variety for Indian or Vegetarian... Other overall experience was very good. Hotel Staffs are friendly. Angela gave us some welcome drink when we checkin. and hot water also. Hingly recommend

We stayed there for 4 nights during our Honeymoon tour of Vietnam. We were in the 705 room, the room was spacious enought and clean. However we had some issues on day 2 as the AC had some problems, but the issue was very well handled by Jimmy the hotel manager. The location is perfect however by prepared to hear the noise from the streets as it's a busy street. However, it's was a nice experience! Higly recommend

Since I was traveling with my mom, I thought a lot about booking the reservation, but I was actually very satisfied with Hanoi Royal Palace in every way. The criteria for choosing a hotel are: 1. Accessibility - It was close to Hoan Kiem Lake, about a 5-minute walk, so it was great to tour Ha noi tourist attractions ❤ 2. Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff especially Sulli and Jimmy - The hotel facilities were clean, and the manners and service of the hotel staff were very good. When checking in and checking out, we were greeted at the entrance, shown to our room, and even helped us carry our luggage. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail, such as checking the Grab taxi destination when going to the airport. 3. Reviews - I made a reservation after carefully reading the reviews of those who actually stayed, and the breakfast was delicious and excellent according to the reviews English-speaking staff are waiting at the restaurant with you, so if you have any requests such as asking for cilantro to be removed from the rice noodles or replacing the food because it ran out. They accepted me right away!

This was a nice discovery. The hotel itself is very nice, with a good location right in the middle of the old town and rooms are very clean and comfortable. We were also very happy with the restaurant as well as the breakfast choices. Last but not least, the staff was fantastic especially Sulli: very polite, pleasant and helpful to find our way through Hanoi, as a family of first timers. Would strongly recommend.

Excellent location and service. Jimmy and Jenny Arranged transportation and trip to Halong Bay which was excellent. Spa service, massage and Ticket to Sapa all arranged as part of trip.The staffs were so friendly especially Sulli and Jimmy at the front desk. The service was really good, as well as all the breakfast, very complete and variety. The room is perfecta clean and it is really big, very comfortable bed, we had a really good sleep. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious. But above all, I was impressed by the wonderful hospitality of all the staff. They were calm and always smiling, and especially the reception staff, including Ms. Sulli, were so customer-oriented that I was able to enjoy them until the very end. As soon as I left the hotel, I was thinking about going to Hanoi next time. There is no view from the room, but the location is good and it is very convenient to go anywhere.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Royal palace hotel. The staff were pleasant, sincere and friendly, and they did their utmost best to make us feel at home. Special shoutout to Jenny, and Sulli, who coordinated the airport shuttle for our group and even left us a reminder to pick up a sweater that we had accidentally left behind!

While the doorman was so helpful with our suitcases, it would have been nice if they have elevator for guests. Climbing up the stairs can be quite tiresome especially after a long day of walking and sight seeing.

Breakfast was great! We always had an enjoyable breakfast. Food was delicious. I love the coffee, and those sweet potato balls they serve. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Sulli was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was kept clean during our stay. When we arrived at the hotel, tired from a long flight, we were welcomed with water and biscuits, so that was nice.

Cool cool (100/10). The hotel is comfortable and close to the crowds. Easy. to find food, walking access, and safe. Breakfast is so tastety. My room has a beaultifull view and large space on the 7th floor. Jimmy, viet anh and sulli are also friendly and enthusiasm =). Very good. Don't regret staying here. And I will invite friends to live here.

We booked 1 superior room once month ago but when we check-in the stafts upgraded for me 1 balcony room for 1 day and we really appriciated that. On the 2nd day we go to Halong bay, they already change all my luggages to the new room when I came back in the evening. It was a great stay. The location is very good. It's in the heart of old quarters. Everything is close by. The staff is really helpful, they recommendus places as well. They makes the place much better I think. Overall a great place for stay. Highly recommended!!!

Pleasant stay

My family had 1 night at royal palace hotel. We explored almost everything on foot. The staffs toke care my children very carefully, Sulli also gave my son some tastety snacks and they really enjoyed its. Although the elevator on the 2nd floor and we need to walk. but the rooms are well furnished with 3 big beds and it's so comfortable for my family. The transportation was great for guest if you wanna to eat and drink in the evening. Really great service!

100 percent recommend this hotel. The rooms were stunning and the beds were very comfortable (I came back 3 times). Everything was super central and I was able to walk everywhere. Can't speak highly enough about the service. Everytime you walk through the door, Sulli and Jimmy greets you with the biggest smile. They also booked me an amazing trip to halong bay! Will be back!

The hotel is in a convenient location, quiet, and close to Hoan Kiem Lake and outlets. Please pay attention to the museum's opening and closing timings, as it may be closed on Mondays. The accommodation is really clean, and the patio design is also very nice. Sulli, the front-desk receptionist, is particularly friendly and eager. I reserved a two-day, one-night tour to Ha Long from the hotel. Jimmy introduced it to me. I was able to go on a boat ride and visit the stunning Ha Long Bay. I will surely return next time!

I'm thrilled to have chosen Royal palace Hotel. To my surprise, the hotel team have had show case their best in hospitality service with fast responses, friendly attitude and being very resourceful in providing travel information. The room layoit and design is nice and hsndy for guest. I love the buffet breakfast, surprises me with daily changes on the food spread. When you come here, ask the staff to book a tour for you to get a discount. You should go to Ninh Binh first and go to Ha Long the next day.Awesome.

My family of 4 adults stayed one night while we were waiting to go to Ha Long Bay the next day. We got in late so we were unable to use any spa services available at the hotel. Sulli and Jennie were very kind and professional, couldn't have asked for better. The breakfast we had was delicious with a lot of variety of Asian and western foods. Our room was a bit small for 4 adults, but if I had a smaller party I would stay here again in the future.

Everything was nice, especially the location. It was very easy for us to go anywhere within the old quarter. Sulli and Jimmy were also very friendly and caring. Since it was the high season in Vietnam so it was very crowded and nois: in Hanoi during our stay, if you have a cruise in the morning, the tour guide will walking around in Hanoi Old Quater to pick up a lot of guest, se that you don't worry. We always felt relaxed coming back from activities during the day.

We received a free room upgrade to a large balcony room. The room was clean and all the staff were very friendly. Delicious breakfast and Lien helped us book a car to the airport. Sulli is very kind and lovely.
