Spacious, Location is the best. Close to shops and restaurants. They clean your room everyday. Staffs are friendly. Highly recommended.

You can probably skip out on their breakfast and go for the local ones. They just have the basic stuff, nothing special.

The location is great. Only a few minutes walk away from the Old Quarter and the Lake. The room was spacious and comfortable, enough amenities for simple needs. Staff is friendly and helpful, making sure your check-in is fast and smooth.

The only little downside is the 3-4 steps upto/ down to elevator. Would be a little inconvenient for the elderly etc. Not a problem for our group but it’s a possible downside.

Great hotel in central location. Close to tourist sites, hot spots and eateries. Looks and feels luxurious. Great value for money. Would book again if in Hanoi.

Someone has been issued a magnetic card key to our room and entered at 03:45 (hotel staff apologized a lot and offered us a small compensation...).

We stayed at 'Hanoi Kingly Hotel' for 5 nights. It is situated at a convenient location in the Hanoi Old Quarter, hence accessibility to the attractions is very easy. The receptionist was welcoming & the check-in process was smooth. The Standard Double Room we booked was on an upper floor and it was accessible by an elevator. The room was spacious and had good lighting. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was equipped with a wardrobe, a refrigerator, a few cupboards, an electric kettle & a television. The bathroom was clean and hot water worked without an issue. Towels, soap & amenities were available. Water bottles were also provided. The kitchen area was situated inside the room. There were no cooking pans, hence we had to ask caretakers to provide them. The kitchen utensils we tried were functional without an issue. The breakfast was a basic one, but it was good and served the purpose. Laundry service was also available and the charges were very reasonable (per kg). We arranged a Halong Bay tour through Mr. Mark and it was good too. As a result, a complimentary airport dropoff was arranged through the hotel. Overall, it was a great stay in Hanoi.

Perfect location for visiting the Old Quarter and going on trips. Nice service. We stayed there three times and were satisfied. It is possible to leave luggage at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. On cold days, the air conditioning also functions as room heating (individually controlled). WiFi works well. Breakfasts are delicious and plentiful.

All good, but their restaurant ist very small - so you might face problems to find a free place when you go to breakfast. But hey, I am not complaining !!

First of all they offered me an upgrade for free 😃 The room. was nice, comfy and furnitured with love. They didn't try to sell me a tour like other hotels immidiately do. And the breakfast was very good on top!

Elevator is only up to the 6. floor and stop between 2 stages. So you need to walk the stairs at least one. Only Cash payment ore card with additional fee.

For one Night ok. Take away option for breakfast was bread with egg, banana and a water.

The bizarre lifts. They stopped between floors and the highest was the 6th floor (or more accurately, the 6.5 floor). I was on the 8th floor
