Location! Top of Old Quarter, we loved being in this area. Very easy walk to all the local shops and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly with helping us organize our Bai Tu Long Bay trip and transport.

Rooms need detail clean. I joined two beds together and underneath the beds lots of accumulated dust. I borrowed their vacuum cleaner and clean room by myself. View is a butcher shop, working almost 20 hours which is not a pleasant view. Bathroom could be more cleaner but you will gain what you paid.

Big enough Bed for family (two adult , two children). We left the room early in the morning and returned at bedtime, so it was sufficient for sleeping, that was the purpose of reservation, so my booking meet my expectation. Problem- This is not located in main road , this is in side road , So neither , taxi nor tour pickup vehicles can reach to door step.(have to carry your luggage).Taxi driver will drop you in middle of a busy junction and in sign language will point hotel , which you wont see, but don't panic trust him and walk , you will find the hotel. Let your tour guide aware, then they will either send driver to pick you or suggest you to walk to another meeting place.

The balcony was tiny, doesn't justify the difference in the room fee. It was a struggle to get outside and inside of it, each time. No way to use the bathtub which defeats its purpose and after many hours of walking had to give up on that soak.

Location was great, walking distance to the lake and several other attractions. Staff was professional and friendly. Nice to have an elevator. The room was spacious and clean.

Upon returning to Hanoi from Sapa, I chose to book this hotel due to its proximity to everything. They assigned me a different room, which was acceptable. However, during my stay, I came across a big cockroach in the room.

The hotel is situated in the Old Quarter, making it convenient for exploring nearby sightseeing spots on foot. The room I was allocated was pleasant, offering ample space for my needs. After staying for two nights, I ventured to Sapa for three days before returning to the same hotel.

Bathroom was impractical, entire room got wet every time you used the shower and because there was no fan/ventilation the room and bathroom felt quite damp. There were tiny bugs all around the room.

A nice quite hotel. In the old quarter,and only a few minutes walk to the street where its happening at night. But far enougth away not to hear any noise. And also they have a taxi service for the airport.

When I arrived at the hotel I figured out I had forgotten to take my luggage with me , so the staff helped me to get my luggage to the hotel from the airport. I appreciate it so much! The room is ok and the local is close to everything. When you wake up there are many restaurants to choose :)

The mattress in my room (437) was not comfortable. The worst of my month in Vietnam.

Breakfast was basic. Because of it's central location, it does get VERY noisy in the morning with the cars beeping and pedestrians, but that was expected for the location. Had to wait a while for hot water to heat up (~ 10 mins) but it did.

Location - this was a 5 minute walk from where the sleeper bus dropped us off. The best thing was the quick communication with the hotel, I messaged through booking.com as well as through the number on their website. The issue was that our party only needed a room to rest in between the sleeper bus and our next tour, so we both arriving very early in the morning. Our friend was arriving at 3AM and my husband and I arrived around 5AM, and they assured us that someone would be available at check-in. Room was clean and all amenities. We asked for two twins and they gave us a double + a twin, which was a nice little upgrade (especially since there were 3 of us needing the room). Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Fairly modern looking room, all was great!
