I wish I stayed longer than 2 nights, that would have been better! I had no complaints with Heart of Sapa or my delightful hosts.

I can't say enough good things about Anna and her family and this charming small hotel. The room with a Mountain View overlooked a lively neighborhood of small markets and shops, The room was comfortable and the hotel very central to the town. For breakfast, there was a menu with western and local offerings. Anna left no stone unturned for service ... arranging rides to and from the train station, doing my laundry, and storing my bags after checkout. Because I am older and wasn't sure I could handle a full day of trekking, she arranged a local driver and an excellent English-speaking local guide to put a custom day in the Black Hmong Lao Chai village, and some stops for viewing rice terraces and scenic mountain vistas at a super reasonable cost. This was a delightful stay in every way thanks to my gracious hosts.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange all the transportation and ticketing which is very convenient and time saving. The location is also great which is really the heart of Sapa. Happy with the stay here.

I'd prefer to have clearer communication between the transfer services, the hotel and the guests. The hotel had booked a pick up services for me but didn't update me on the details. It turned out to be a van pick-up and the driver dropped me off at the town center instead of the hotel.

Excellent position. Our room was a good sized airy room at the front with a balcony and good views over the local streets. A fresh modern bathroom also. The manager was excellent and booked us on treks and the BacHa market trip as well as booking the bus to Hanoi airport. Very friendly and helpful

Very nice, clean and spatious room with everything you might need. Tasty breakfast also with local options. Extremely helpful staff throughout our stay. Nice recommended tours, organized directly by the hotel also with short notice.

Great staff.... very helpful...I was for a night in the village and suggest me to let my big bag there without extra charge. They made me feel like home and booked the bus for me. They are really such nice people and give me the right information about motorcycle and taxi price!!!! Thanks for everything! You are so great!!! 💯💯💯

The windows did not have a lot of isolation so it happened to hear the noise from the street below when motorbikes were passing by. We have been informed that usually the street is not busy but currently there are some reconstruction works on the main road which diverted the traffic to this street, therefore the issue is only temporary.

The staff is very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect to start the trekking tours to Lao Chai/Ta Van or Cat Cat and also to many restaurants. Very good breakfast.

The breakfast area was cold. Coffee refill at breakfast would have been a nice plus.

We booked the hotel mainly due to the location in Sa Pa center. Overall we were thoroughly surprized by the hotel. It was comfortable, the owner and most of the staff were personal an friendly and there was less noise from the city then we had expected. We were happy that the airconditioner actually could produce warm air and function as a heater. While we were in Sa Pa, temperatures were quite cold, yet the AC managed to produce a comfortable temperature in the room despite of the lack of insulation (which is totally normal and expected in Vietnam). The breakfast was quite good. I guess just what you would expect from a hotel in this price range. We made use of the laundry service. The washing was good and quick. We liked that there was a safe in the room. Would absolutely stay there again.

No elevator and so tight to others shop.

So comfortable can see town from the window. Provide heater in the room if you go on winter season and breakfast . Just near can walk to Sun Plaza Sapa Station. The owners so helpful they help us with the motorbike break down at the road. They both can speak english wish you can communicate. Thank you for great hospitality.

Door to room has large crack in it, can stand outside and see into the room. Door to balcony has gaps in and around it, let the cold air in. Had to macgyver it to stop the cold air coming in as it was overpowering the heat from the air con.

The hot water runs out after a while. You'll have to wait for it to heat up again. It happened to me a few times mid-shower, and with Sapa being so cold when I visited, it kind of sucked. It won't affect you if you shower quickly - but it will affect the next person.

Staff was lovely, provided home-cooked breakfast and checked in with me throughout the day. They even drove me to my homestay! Rooms were clean with heating and location was central. I had no problems walking to where I needed to be.
