What a wonderful hotel to stay at in Hue. Away from, but close enough to the tourist food shopping area. Joey on the concierge desk was fabulous at deciding what I should see, when and how to do it, and organising the bookings. He deserves an employee of the month award 👏. A pleasant surprise was a room upgrade that made my stay even more enjoyable. Best bed I have slept in other than my own at home. The swimming pool area and staff were excellent, and it was so nice to come back after a hot day to relax and swim. Breakfast is vast, and their restaurant menu is broad. I can not give enough praise to all the staff and very highly recommend this hotel. Hue is also a beautiful city.

When you shower, water leaked through the bathroom door so it was a bit uncomfortable

Excellent facilities, amazing customer service from all the staff. We were treated extremely well by all the staff. The pool area is fabulous, an excellent way to unwind after a long day of excursions. The breakfast food selection was amazing.

The only suggestion I could make would be to extend the time for breakfast. It finished at 9.30am.

Check-in was efficient and we were greeted with a refreshing towel and drink. Breakfast staff were exceptional as was the range of food. The pool was the largest and best we experienced on our trip. The pool facility included a games room, gymnasium, day spa and exceptionally well-appointed change rooms. Our room was tastefully appointed with an amazingly comfortable bed. Walking distance to a range of good restaurants. High Tea served by the pool was incredible.

WiFi was pretty poor, basically didn’t work. Nowadays that’s a problem especially while trying to plan day trips etc.

Some areas a tad too quiet as hotel is under occupied due to its size, not for want of staff going the extra mile.

Grand hotel with idyllic pool to cool down after a hot day. The hotel is very quiet with staff enthusiastic to help. Enjoyed our brief stay very much.

We didn’t check the laundry prices before but didn’t expect it to be $100 for one load of laundry - this felt like far too much.

Incredible value for money for a 5 star hotel! A beautiful hotel full of character and charm while still feeling luxurious. The staff were very professional and friendly and went the extra mile e.g a surprise birthday cake! The pool and spa were glorious, and the rooms were plush and comfy. We loved it!

We liked verything about this hotel. This is a beautiful hotel with all amenities and well located to see the Imperial City. The staff was helpful and readily available. Will return!
